Ich habe dieses Müllhotel gesehen und man sollte es nie bereuen, wenn man dort übernachtet. Es gibt nicht genug heißes Wasser im Zimmer, das Frühstück ist Müll und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr niedrig. Es gibt keinen Raum, in dem der Haartrockner für mehr als 1.000 Yuan pro Nacht verkauft wird, in China sogar für weniger als 300 Yuan.

Es ist nicht schlecht, aber es gibt viele bessere Unterkünfte in der Nähe, daher empfehle ich, zuerst nach anderen Hotels zu suchen, bevor man sich entscheidet. Aufgrund der Beschaffenheit der Gegend empfehlen wir, wenn möglich, ein Auto zu mieten.

It has been more than 2 weeks and they haven‘t reach out to me regarding our request to review the cctv in the lobby because of my missing gold bracelet. The receptionist assigned on Morning shifts are also not friendly. This is the only hotel na may masusungit na receptionist. Wala ka pa ni rerequest nakataas na agad kilay. The room is clean and spacious. The only flaw is the entrance and the receptionists.

Th entrance is a bit of a hassle as the hotel is under renovation. Entrance is through the parking and if you dont have transport you’ll have to climb the stairs.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worthy of a Presidential Suite We booked a 3-night stay in a Presidential Suite on the 8th floor, with an adjacent Deluxe room on our last night to accommodate my mother and sister. The booking was made online, and to avoid any issues, my sister and best friend personally went to the hotel to confirm our requests. The hotel manager confirmed that everything was noted and approved. We also informed the hotel hours before our arrival, yet received no response. After a long flight and exhausting travel, we arrived at the hotel only to be informed that we were being placed on the 6th floor instead of the confirmed 8th floor. The front desk initially said someone else was staying on the 8th floor. When I questioned why this change was never communicated, the manager later claimed the 8th-floor room had mold issues, which directly contradicted what the front desk told us. Although frustrated, we accepted the 6th-floor room due to exhaustion. Upon entering, the room was not prepared at all—staff were still moving tables and chairs. We were too tired to complain immediately and went straight to bed. The room condition was unacceptable: 1. Bathroom was very dirty 2. Bathtub was disgusting 3. Shower pressure was extremely weak 4. Only 2 towels provided instead of 4 5. Only 2 thin single-person blankets instead of 4 6. No safety vault 7. No trash bin 8. Cabinet doors were not functioning The next morning, we reported all these issues to the front desk before leaving for an appointment. When we returned, we were told none of our requests were addressed because no one was in the room, which made no sense since we had already reported everything. The situation worsened when my mother and sister arrived. They were informed that they could not stay in the adjacent room as confirmed, because it was allegedly booked, and the hotel was fully booked—so they were placed on the 3rd floor instead. This was the final straw. I professionally expressed my disappointment at the reception. The manager said they could not honor our original request, and the only option was for us to pack everything and move to the 7th floor, where my mother and sister would be placed in another room on the same floor. With no alternatives, we agreed. Unfortunately, the new rooms were just as bad: Still no safety vault 1. Rooms were dirty 2.?Bathtub was clogged 3. No towels 4. No telephone in the room When we raised this concern, we were told to install Viber instead to contact the front desk. Since we didn’t have local numbers, this was not a practical solution. Additional disappointments: 1. Breakfast was very basic and underwhelming 2. Due to a broken foot, we requested a shuttle, we were told the hotel had a shuttle service, but when we asked to use it, we were told it was unavailable and advised to just take a taxi instead We have stayed in Presidential Suites in many other hotels, and none came close to this level of disappointment. This hotel does not meet the standards of a Presidential Suite, nor basic hospitality expectations. Overall, this stay was a huge disappointment, poorly managed, and not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is great,clean ,near to the center,the staffs are good,the food is good and easy to obtain transportation.

The hotel is so cozy and clean , all the staff are very accomodating

The hotel room is spacious. The bathroom is clean. The bed and linens aee clean and crisp... we booked at deluxe queen only with ceiling fan, but it feels like your inside an airconditioned room.. staffs are friendly amd couteous. They serve buffet breakfast if guests are 30p ax and above only.. though only few choices of foods at the buffet, we were still feel staisfied... definitely, we will book again..

Wi-fi connection is good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Breakfast Buffet Masarap yung food pero konti lng ung selection pag ngkataon puro pa pork/ beef sana may veggies and seafoods din. And sana include n lng din yung egg wag na on the spot n lulutuin ksi humahaba ang pila ⭐️⭐️ Best location ito if may sarili kang car😊 Yun nga lng malayo sa mismong town. Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.

Good experience and the stuff are nice!

The hotel was freshly clean and the staff are friendly attend to us attentively but only the entrance going to the hotel still under construction and it was 4 level high for the lobby.

Very new hotel just near the city and Marcos Highway. Rooms are spacious, service is okey, food is acceptable. You need to prepare cash for deposit or leave your govt id with them while staying. No slippers provided though its so coldddd when we visited. Water os not automatically being replaced the following day. A beautiful hotel but needs improvement on food quality and service.

We stayed for a night only. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. The duty managers were also very dedicated, and took initiatives to help whenever we needed anything. Appreciated the effort that they made for everything.
