Die Bewertung sehr gut passt auf jeden Fall nicht zu unserem Zimmer. Insofern enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit war nicht in Ordnung. Kein Fenster. Sollte zumindest in der Zimmerbeschreibung klar erkenntlich sein.

Zimmer etwas klein, Bett bequem. Kein freies Trinkwasser im Zimmer, wie es sonst üblich ist. Pool kostet extra 250Peso pro Nase. Personal freundlich. Für eine Nacht ok.

Location is accessible and ideal for families and travellers. They have their own bar and cafe with varieties to choose from. However, if you and your family would like something else, there are a lot of other options in the vicinity. What made the stay even more worthwhile was the customer service - friendly and attentive staff. Everyone always greets and smiles so that's an extra point. From front desk to housekeeping to the dining staff. Kudos Avenue Suites!

The room was spacious and clean. All staffs are polite. The food is awesome. Deserve to be recommended to stay to all local and foreign travellers.

Avenue Suites Hotel is in a great location. Close to the bustling heart of everything. The only negative is its a little pricey, compared to some of its much cheaper competitors, who are not quite so centrally located. Is paying a higher price worth the better location and slightly better facilities? The answer to this of course, will depend entirely on the individual traveller and his budget.

It was our first time staying. The bar and the breakfast was nice. There is a swimming pool and gym room. It is very nice. The only thing is our room is next to the main street. It is very noisy. Otherwise, all is well.

The room has poor sound-proofing, one can hear noise from the hallway up to the elevator lobby. The hotel staff themselves have poor breeding ("jologs") as they make rowdy noises at 4am. Hotel management does not monitor such atrocious behaviour in their premises. We had to call room service to complain about the noisy, irreverent, disrespectful, and boisterous hotel staff frolicking in the lobby.

Great location and the setup staff are knowledgeable and friendly I would recommend this hotel

Very good hotel with a reasonable price. I visited here 2 times and next time will be also stay here.

Breakfast is provided which is convenient but the rate for the breakfast is a little steep. The pool and gym area is nice. The room upgrade was nice too from economy to standard. The room is clean and spacious too.

- unpleasant odor in lobby, hall way & room - poor housekeeping - limited TV channels
