First stop of our honeymoon was at Courtyard Vallejo. I told them before to make sure everything goes smoothly. They couldn't care ess. We arrived late in the evening and had to get up at 4am to catch our balloon ride over Teotihuacan. Sadly we found black hair in the bed (we are both blonde). Removed it. Found another one. Removed it. Found another one. Removed it. Found 15 more in the bed, found even more in the bathroom as well, stains on the linen and the pillows. I went to the reception demanding a quick room change, got denied but someone should come and change the bed linen. I went back to the room, after 30 min I called the reception. 10 min later a guy came and took photos, he didn't speak English so called the reception. I got asked if I wanted the bed linen to get changed. ***? Seriously? That's what I was waiting for for 45 minutes now. The guy left and came back after another 15 minutes with ”fresh” bed linen. Changed everything and left. We checked the bed, another ~10 black hairs in the ”fresh” bed linen and stains on one of the ”fresh” pillows. We cleaned it ourselves as the hotel didn't seem capable of doing so (and we didn't wanted to lose another 1-1,5h). That's not what we expected from the start of our honeymoon. The hotel failed to meet minimum standards, declined room change and the ”solution” didn't make it any better while stealing precious sleeping time. I don't want to clean hotel rooms at 11pm, I want to sleep when I have to get up at 4am. To be honest, I don't want to clean hotel rooms at all. As a titanium I haven't seen something like that in hundreds of stays and this is the first time I've ever asked for a compensation and an apology from the hotel. So far the responses haven't been appropriate at all. I added pictures (just my pics, my wife has more) from before and after the linen change and some from the bathroom. The room itself and the hotel were in okayish condition, it didn't feel new at all (as some wrote here) and definitely not inviting. We chose the hotel due to the location nearby the airport kind of enroute to Teotihuacan. Would never return by any means. If you like clean rooms and/or service in general don't come here.

Eduardo Arias was so helpful and always attended to us with a smile, he was very attentive to my printing and photocopying requests. All the personnel at the hotel were very smiley and amenable 🙂 The room we stayed at was excellent, it had a hairdryer and even an ironing board. Breakfast buffet was great 😊 I would stay here again for sure

Nos hemos quedado en varias ocasiones cuando venimos a CDMX. Normalmente bien, detalles pero cosas normales. Llegamos en esta ocasión, nos tocó una habitación remodelada pero hubo ruido toda la noche, como si arrastraran cosas, o estuvieran trabajando, además, en el muro de la habitación se oye un sonido extraño, se marcó a las 4 de la mañana a recepción y nos dijeron que la habitación de a un lado estaba vacía y que era imposible que hubiera ruido, que no podían ayudar. Ni siquiera lo vinieron a revisar o algo. No pudimos dormir en toda la noche. El ruido del muro continúa.

Nicht das perfekte Szenario, aber mein Flug landete in Mexiko City bei 1.20 am. Ich kam in mein ursprüngliches Hotel, das technische Probleme hatte ihre PMS-System war abgestürzt, so dass sie nicht überprüfen konnten, die Menschen in oder aus. Sie empfahl dieses Hotel, weil es sicher und schöne Zimmer ist. Ich kam zum Hotel und der Tür- und Uhrmann war perfekt. Aber bei dem Versuch, den Nachtrechner zu prüfen Juan würde mir nicht erlaubt, für eine Buchung, die ich gerade online gemacht hatte 5 Minuten vor dem Ankunftstisch, so dass ich ankommen konnte. Er empfahl, um 3 Uhr wieder zu kommen. Es gab keine Lösung, um mich einen Tag früh zu überprüfen. Kein Angebot der frühen Überprüfung ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Keine Option, Ihre Reservierung die dritte Partei zu ändern. Er war etwas gemein darüber. Ich musste auch meinen Pass zurück beantragen, sobald er die Eincheckung verweigert hat. Service ist offensichtlich in der Übernachtungspersonal fragwürdig. Juan gab weder Entschuldigungen noch Angebote, nachdem er den Service verweigert hatte, ein Taxi anzurufen. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nie an jemanden, der für ihr Zimmer bezahlt. Und dann bot er keine Erstattung oder Entschädigung.

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut hoch. Wenn Sie Frühstück mitbringen und wir kein Spanisch verstehen, schauen Sie sich am besten das von anderen Gästen bestellte Frühstück an. Wenn Sie ein Frühstück bestellen, das Ihnen gefällt, werden Sie sich glücklich fühlen

公寓式酒店，就在馬路邊。但沒有明顯的標誌和大堂。衞生衹能一週一做，平時自己打理。有簡單的灶台。統一公寓管理，總體設施配置比較低，性價比還行。

I stayed here for one week. The hotel is attractive and very clean. The rooms are large. It's a shame the restaurant isn't better, because that's where they lose stars. I ordered room service one night, french onion soup and caesar salad. The soup that they sent wasn't french onion. It had fish in it and no onions. The caesar salad was drowning in dressing, so much so that it was inedible. Another morning, I walked to the restaurant and spoke with a waiter to order breakfast, which is included, for room service delivery. He took the order happily and told me 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, it hadn't arrived. I called room service. They acted like they had never heard of the order. I ordered it again. I was reminded that breakfast is included but tipping is additional. Yeah, I tipped the guy that brought the fish soup and drowning salad. Clearly, it didn't help the service.
