AAnonymer BenutzerI recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the bed was perfect for a good night's rest. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, which made checking in and out easy and stress-free.
However, there were a few issues that did impact my stay. Firstly, there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Try to call room service but it wasn’t working. Lastly, the food for breakfas at the hotel was decent, but nothing to rave about. It was quite basic.
Despite these issues, the stay was overall good, but I hope the hotel addresses these small concerns for future guests.

Plenty of free car park just outside of the hotel.
Room cleanliness can be improved but it's the most affordable among high end budget hotel in Ayer Keroh. Receptionist is friendly.
Just bear in mind that Guest have to pay an extra fee of RM 4 of local government tax in Melaka

AIRCOND DI RUANG TAMU JUGA TIDAK BERFUNGSI DENGAN BAIK SERTA TIDAK BERAPA SEJUK DAN PERLU DISERVICE. BAHAGIAN PENYELENGGARAAN PERLU MEMBUAT TINDAKAN PEMBAIKAN DENGAN SEGERA UNTUK KESELESAAN PENGUNJUNG DAN PENINGKATAN IMEJ PIHAK HOTEL. SECARA KESELURUHANNYA KAMI BERPUASHATI.
