"The room especially the bed and the aircond is very comfortable. The shower isn't as hot as I hope, the sink is clogged, there are still 2 wet towels hooked at the back of the washroom door. But the customer service is so good and professional.
Claimer: I took the picture after I settled in the room."

"The location is indeed quiet because it's not near the main road. Parking was okay, maybe because it was Monday and Tuesday. The check-in process was smooth, but the service at the check-in counter was a bit lacking — the staff seemed reluctant to talk. When asked about the Hi Tea package, the staff couldn’t confirm whether it was available or not.
Then, upon entering the room, we immediately saw children's footprints on the bed sheet. Luckily, the housekeeping staff was still nearby, and when we informed him, he immediately replaced the sheet with a new one.
The shower is positioned directly above the bathtub, which makes it difficult for elderly people or those with leg/back pain to step into the tub to shower.
As for the Hi Tea package, you have to call the phone number listed in the Facebook promo directly. The Hi Tea set for two people was really good, and the service at the restaurant was excellent. As for breakfast, they had many choices and everything was delicious."

"The room was very clean and homey. Great hospitality- the owner brought a stand fan for me upon request. Walking distance to MMU Melaka and food places. All is good except for the lengthy and complicated google form i had to complete before checking in. Other than that, excellent!"

"Free car park available just outside the compound. The hotel staff is helpful for the guidance. Very large area at reception counter which a bit weird for a hotel that not busy with customer. Not just that, plenty of area is limited to access due to faulty or under construction.
For a first time customer to arrive at the room, a bit disappointed to see the condition of the room itself. The chair is broken, the water heater pipe hose is missing, no mini fridge, towel provided is not a cotton, the toiletteries is low quality, water bottle provided is not a mineral type, the wall is not 100% soundproof. Nevertheless, the room is spacious, they also give a scent of orchard in the room, the toilet is spacious and equipped with bath tub. Wifi is provided but not dare to use it.
A bit far from local eatery but if you have a car, not an issue. The area also covered with GrabFood and Panda delivery
I'd a high expectation from the get go, but after seeing the condition of the room, it crush my hope. Overall, not worth the money for a proper 4 star hotel but there are plenty of aspects that can be improved which may lead to drastic improvement over the night."

"They described the room with 30 m² space. With a refrigerator. When we first got our room, it was really small, with no fridge. Then we called the reception, they changed our room to the next door. The new room was spacious. However the fridge is not functioning at all. I think the bathroom could be cleaner, and they could provide extra towel for floor mat. It was more like a homestay rather than hotel. Breakfast was okay, because it was served by AMES hotel. Parking was okay."

Wi-Fi war spott und Hausaufbewahrung verpasste unser Zimmer einmal. Das Frühstück war ok, aber in der Vielfalt begrenzt.
