"The hotel room was okaish, not very good according to the price. Restaurant service was poor, called for coffee the service was slow and the taste was very bad. Overall experience was not good. No toilet rolls in the washroom it even had spider web."

"An amazing Villa, with all needs taken care of. This Villa is very close to the Jetty and easily accessible. A very raw architecture and lush green outdoor can make you sit on the chair and just stare at the beauty. Staff team, Neatness and cleanliness is nothing less than 5/5. In short a great value for money, amazing property with a big pool and great service ( by amastays). Only 1 thing : The stairs to the 1st floor is very artistic, but railing/ protection on only 1 side is a little worrying factor if you have small kids."

"While my overall experience at Moonstone Hammock was good, I recently had a deeply upsetting and unethical encounter with them. Without seeking my consent, they ran advertisements using a reel I had created. This blatant misuse of my content was shocking and disrespectful. As a content creator, my work holds value, and it’s disheartening to see it being used without permission, as if creators’ rights don’t matter at all. When I brought this issue to the attention of the management, the encounter was even more disappointing. Instead of addressing the situation with accountability or even offering an apology, they seemed indifferent and dismissive. It felt like my efforts as a creator were completely undervalued, as if the time and creativity I invested held no significance to them. This lack of respect and professionalism from the management has left me deeply disheartened. I can no longer recommend Moonstone Hammock to anyone and hope no other creators have to go through such an unethical experience."

"Eine wunderbare Villa, mit allen Bedürfnissen betreut. Diese Villa ist sehr nahe der Jetty und leicht zugänglich. Eine sehr rohe Architektur und schlanke grüne Außenfläche können Sie auf dem Stuhl sitzen und nur an der Schönheit starren. Personalteam, Nettes und sauberes Personal ist nichts weniger als 5/5. Kurz gesagt ein großer Wert für Geld, erstaunliches Eigentum mit einem großen Pool und großer Service (durch Amastays). Nur 1 Sache: Die Treppen zum ersten Stock sind sehr künstlerisch, aber nur 1 Seite ist ein wenig besorgniserregender Faktor, wenn Sie kleine Kinder haben."

"This place in karjat is so pathetic, there are not much staff to help, since they claim it is a camping so everything is a self service even they ask to keep pour own plates after finishing our food, but they charge like a hotel and don’t provide basic room Service, good toiletries and non of the activities they claim are in good considtion to even use, swimming pool is not well Maintained and it’s very dirty. This place is so bad that it’s not well Maintained and if u have a dinner package u will have to pay for the starters as well. For everything they charge even for a bottle of bislery. Generally we get atleast 2 bottle of mineral Water but they provide normal water in a jug which is I dnt know filled for days. So all in all most disguisting place to visit and worst of all, sales team what they claim is unprofessional and rude. They don’t know how behave with guest. Rooms and bathrooms are so small,that it would hv been better to book a hostel room where atleast you know they charge less but here after all to cover and give excuses for their own things they claim it’s a camping place so then y do u charge at per the hotel rates. JUST NOT WORTH VISITING, just not recommend."
