Based at the entrance of See Canyon, overlooking Avila Valley and only 2 miles to Avila Beach. This wonderful home offers privacy, incredible views and peaceful nature vibes. The location is one of the best in the county, with a unique microclimate that folds the fresh ocean air into the warm valley heat. Nestled near Pismo beach, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo and Edna Valley, it's just a short drive to wine tasting, kayaking or exploring farmers market.
