"Ich hatte zwei Nächte über Trip.com gebucht und es war eine furchtbare Erfahrung. Der Angestellte gab mir einen Schlüssel. Ich ging zum Zimmer und die Tür stand weit offen. Der Fernseher lief, aber nur auf einem Kanal, und die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Ich versuchte, die Probleme mit demselben Mitarbeiter zu besprechen, der mich wenige Minuten zuvor eingecheckt hatte, und seine Antwort war nur: „Schauen Sie sich mal die Kiste an.“ Als ich auschecken wollte, versuchte ich es ein zweites Mal mit der Frau. Sie telefonierte, machte eine abfällige Handbewegung und ignorierte mich völlig. Ich gebe Trip.com die Schuld an dieser schrecklichen Behandlung."

"They have roaches and bed bugs rooms smell and are dirty. When I went to complain I was told I had to wait to speak to a manager because he was not there. She gave me his card and said call back on Monday . The sheet are dirty and old They house homeless people because I met one and she couldn't believe I laid 130 to stay there and neither can I. If you want a clean big free place this is not here. DO NOT STAY THERE"

"Actually we looking for a cheaper room nearby the area, and accidentally picked the disabled room. To be honest, its not bad, the toilet with red light that can keep very warm after shower. The sink is out next to the bed is convenient for 2 people, if one using toliet, the other brush teeth or face cleaning. The area supposed for wheel chair turned to my yoga space. The bed probably with water proof sheet underneath make us feel very soft and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but ok. That's a good choice and we may stay again on the next trip."
