Ich habe ein Zimmer reserviert, aber als ich zum Hotel ging, wurde ich zu einem Zimmer im ersten Untergeschoss geführt. Sie sagten, das Zimmer sei anders als das, das ich gebucht hatte, also konnte ich es nicht geben, weil es kein Zimmer gab. Also habe ich nur eine Nacht geschlafen und bekam eine Rückerstattung auf Trip.com für die restlichen zwei Nächte.

The staffs are fantastic and helpful.
I have used this hotel in the past but they have gone from good to worse. The hotel facilities and condition is poor and nothing to look forward to.

You are met with horrible smell of cigarette once you open the door, had to open the windows which unfortunately gives so much noise from the cars on the main road.

Hello, I am so disappointed from this hotel. The hotel should not be even at your page. Once I reached the hotel we found cockroaches every where. Moreover, the AC isnt working and they programmed the Ac to switch off every 30 min. In addition no blankets and many other issues . I have pictures and videos as evidence. I am asking to get fully refund but they refused. In addition, it’s far away from main cities.

This was a last minute decision and I needed a stay, this is out of my home country and wasn't familiar with the area so decided to book here for one night before continuing my trip to another town...You get what you pay for, I guess so in that case, it was good, but the hotel overall was on the lower end of where anybody would want to stay, the staff was polite and helpful however.
