Das Hotel wird sehr beraten! Sehr überrascht und über Erwartungen. Es gibt eine sehr gute Aussicht auf Ballons, in der Nähe der Abfahrtspunkte, so dass Sie sehen, große Ballons fliegen überhaupt. Sehr überrascht und leckeres Frühstück, und der Blick auf die Terrasse ist auch erstaunlich, der beste in meiner zehntägigen Reise. Sehr geräumige und saubere Zimmer ohne seltsamen Geruch und freundliches Personal:) Die wichtigste: sehr gute Preis für die Ballonbuchung und das Unternehmen ist auch zuverlässig(Brüder) Das beste Hotel, das ich in Kapadokya hatte

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön dekoriert. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und schön. Das Badezimmer war groß mit einem Fenster. Die Fliesen im Dusche schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war türkisch mit einem Omelet. Es war sehr gut und serviert oben, wo es eine große Aussicht auf den Rosental gibt. Das WiFi funktionierte gut.

Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung. Zum Ankunft wurden wir frisch geboten. Elif, Feyzo und Yigit waren alle sehr hilfreich. freundlich und freundlich. Elif arrangierte unsere Hotelzimmer und prüfte alles, bevor sie uns die Schlüssel gegeben hatten. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptzentrum, wo alle Restaurants, Geschäfte, Reisebüros und Cash-Maschinen usw. liegen. Dach-Obersicht ist sehr schön. Hauptgrün hat viele entspannende Sofas und Stühle in der Sonne zu sitzen. Keine Störung vom Hauptverkehr. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Alles frisch und schmeckt. Ich würde gerne zurückgehen, um ihren Service zu nutzen. Sehr geschätzt.

We stayed in this reputed Cave hotel during our visit to Cappadocia in April 2023. Front office team especially Fatima has been extremely supportive in arranging our local and outdoor site meeting trips both the days. Rooms are very spacious and big. They provided quality tour operators and reasonably good price. Hotel serves traditional Turkish breakfast with wide varieties and staff their are also happy to assist for any need. Highly recommended.

Besuchte Cappadocia im Oktober '22 und blieb ein paar Tage in Maccan Caves. War der beste Aufenthalt unserer Reise nach Türkei. Es war ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Gute, saubere komfortable Zimmer, geräumige Badezimmer, ein wunderbares Ort auf dem Dach, um die Ballons bei Sonnenaufgang und die Nachtblicke der Stadt Goreme in der Nacht und Abend zu beobachten. Die Gäste sind äußerst hilfreich und komfortabel. Ein besonderer Dank an Hakan für die endlosen Tassen türkischer Tee, die er glücklich halten, mich auf dem Dach bringen! :-) . In einem Punkt, als ich kein Taxi bekommen konnte, angeboten eine der Gastgeber sogar, mir einen Fahrt zu geben. Würde dieses Ort für einen großen Aufenthalt empfehlen, wenn Sie Cappadocia besuchen.

Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundlichkeit der Angestellten war hervorragend. Die Räumlichkeiten und das Restaurant sind sehr gut. Über die Rezeption konnten viele Ausflüge gebucht werden. Wir haben einen Heißluftballonflug gebucht. Alles hat super geklappt. Danke für alles.

Olenda Kappadokien Hotel Für diejenigen, die zum ersten Mal in die Türkei kommen, ist dieses Hotel wirklich gut. Jeder Mitarbeiter im Hotel hat eine sehr freundliche Serviceeinstellung. Das Zimmer ist sehr einzigartig und komfortabel und die Matratze ist so weich, dass jede Ecke des Zimmers voller Höhlenhotelfunktionen ist. Zusätzlich zu einer Dusche verfügt es auch über eine große Badewanne, die Platz für eine ganze Person bietet dass Sie im Voraus einen Badesprudler vorbereiten. Obwohl die meisten echten Höhlenhotels in der Türkei nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind, ist dieses Hotel auch nicht mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Nach dem Einchecken vermittelt es jedoch ein natürliches Gefühl, nachts die Fenster zu öffnen und die Nachtbrise zu genießen. Schon beim Betreten des Raumes wird ein kühles Gefühl aufkommen😊. Wenn Sie Fotos auf dem Dach machen möchten, ist Olendas Outdoor-Dachlandschaft auch einer der Gründe, warum wir es wärmstens empfehlen. Weil sich das Dach voller Platz anfühlt. Zusammen mit dem Teppich, der in der Ecke des Daches ausgebreitet ist, ist es definitiv ein beliebter Ort für Internet-Prominente. Die Atmosphäre und Konfiguration sind erstklassig. Sie können den Sonnenaufgang auf jeden Fall nutzen, um eine Reihe wunderschöner Heißluftballonfotos auf dem Dach des Olenda Hotels zu machen. Ob ich die Nachtansicht beobachte oder den Sonnenaufgang mit einem Heißluftballon beobachte, Olenda ermöglichte es mir, die Begeisterung der türkischen Einheimischen zu erleben😊

Excellent hotel. Great rooms and service by everyone. We were a group of 6 people and we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Service by all the staff was good and the owner of the hotel is also super helpful in suggesting itinerary and in general a nice person to talk with. Hoping to stay for longer the next time we visit. p.s. This hotel is in a quiet village, so having a personal vehicle will really help

The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c
