Located in the heart of Auxerre, in a small quiet street, 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street leading to the historic district, it has a totally enclosed garden and away from the eyes and noises of the city. This house has the charm of the old and the comfort of today. Spacious, it offers each member of the family a space to rest, to telework or relax, to enjoy life. The house is organized on several levels. On the ground floor, you enter the house through a hall that opens on one side to a small fully equipped kitchen, on the other side to a dining room ideal for 6 people and finally to a comfortable living room. On the mezzanine floor, you will find a first double bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and toilet. Upstairs, two other double bedrooms await you: a master bedroom with its private shower room and a twin bedroom. A toilet completes the floor. The garden is located behind the house, away from the street and the noises of the city. It is totally closed and not overlooked: you can enjoy the sun quietly, as if you were in the countryside and can organize your aperitifs and barbecues in complete serenity! You will find a plancha, garden furniture for your meals and deckchairs to enjoy the sun. The house belongs to Catherine and Dany. Dany is in the world of flea markets: he has selected decorative objects that adorn the house and are available for sale. If you have a crush on a statuette, a painting or a lamp, you can buy it. But you can just as easily admire it. Catherine and Dany also work in partnership with some artists in the region.
