Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 20 Auto-Minuetn vom Denver International Airport in einer ruhigen Lage. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Walmart sowie ein Baumarkt. Den Verkehr von der nahe gelegenen Interstate 225 hört man so gut wie nicht. Restaurants und Fast Food-Ketten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hotel wird ein kontinentales Frühstück-Buffet angeboten. Klassisch wie bei jedem Best Western. Einen Indoor-Pool kann man zu bestimmen Zeiten benutzen. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, TV, Telefon, Wlan, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Außerdem war ein Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl vorhanden. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt und es lag nirgendwo Abfall rum. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich buchte mein Zimmer online und der Kerl am Front-Zählwerk wartete auf jemand vor mir. Auf seinem Bildschirm pop-up $50 Einlage. Nun hat er die Dame vor mir nicht um die Einlage gebeten, sondern als es meines turns war; er hat mich gebeten, $50 zu zahlen. Ich sagte ihm, dass es für die Dame vor mir war und er fragte sie nicht, warum er mich um eine Einzahlung bat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut außer für den Vordertisch-Typ. Ich denke, ihr Jungs müssen persistent sein und alle um eine Einzahlung gebeten.

Das Front-Desk-Personal begrüßte uns mit warmem Willkommen. Die Lobby war sehr sauber. Betten und Kissen sind komfortabel. Zimmer könnten eine Aktualisierung verwenden. Das Kühlschrank befrohrt unsere Reststücke. Der 5. Stock hatte große Bauarbeiten an. Wir buchen hier und verwendeten Marriott Punkte. Der Flughafenshuttle war schnell. Es war sehr angenehm zu Abend beim Ted’s. Kleiner Spaziergang vom Hotel.

Meine Frau und ich haben letztes Jahr bei Wooley's verheiratet. Also, für unser erstes Geburtstagstag sind wir nach Wooley's zurückgekehrt für einen Nachtaufenthalt. Wir haben am Samstag Abend Abendessen im Restaurant gegessen und dann haben wir am Sonntagmorgen ein Buffet Frühstück. Das Atrium in Woolley bietet einen ruhigen Ort, um sich zu entspannen. Die Lage des Hotels ist am Hochgeschwindigkeitsrand, der harte Flughafen ist nicht weit. Die Gesamtausstattung kann sagen, dass die Abdeckung der Abdeckung entspricht dem wirtschaftlichen praktischen Hotel im Inland. In dieser Woche warten die Restaurants, insbesondere David Kookie und Jessica Voh, auf die 100+ Kunden jeden Tag, wenn sie hier Frühstück hatten. Neben der Tatsache, dass sie so viele Menschen auf einmal dienen, waren mein Mann und ich überrascht über die Wirksamkeit, die sie gezeigt haben. Sie bereiteten das Frühstücksgebiet mit gepolstertem Silberwaren, frischem Kaffee, gefüllten servierten Kekse mit frischem Obst, dauerhaft sauberen Tische während der Aufmerksamkeit mit Kaffeefüllungen und Tischkontrolle für jede von ihnen mit positivem und respektvollem Sie verdienen viel Kredit zusammen mit dem Rest auf dem Personal in der vergangenen Woche, um mit solchen Kundenvolumen zu halten, während sie glücklich bleiben.

Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center Pros: -Beautiful hotel -Activities for kids (some with additional fees) -Clean Cons: -Multiple staff were not very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities nor locations of things. Check-in staff was not friendly -Hard to find a place to roast s’mores since multiple fire pits were out and staff said they couldn’t turn them on -Not a lot of breakfast option during the weekday -Overpriced My family, 3 adults/2 kids(5 & under), visited the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center this August (2024). It was our first time in Denver and we were really looking forward to our stay at Gaylord. The hotel was about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Not much restaurants or things to do were close to the hotel but we were ok with that. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how grand and beautiful the hotel was. The grounds and hotel overall were very well kept and updated. We arrived in the afternoon and did not have a wait to check in. The gentlemen who assisted with check in was not very happy with life. Didn’t smile and was not very helpful. Instead of welcoming me and telling me about the resort, I had to ask him all the things including: Where was my room located? Did I need a key to get into the pool? Would towels be available at the pool? My room also came with a $50/night resort credit, parking was pre-paid, and we pre-paid for s’mores vouchers as well. None of that was explained or given to me until I asked about each one. If I never asked, I probably would have never received all the things I pre-paid for which is frustrating when I are already spent and planned so much. In addition, I even had to contact the resort after I left because the $50 credit was not applied one of the nights. Once we arrived to our room, we found it comfortable and had great service daily from the housekeeping staff. Water park: My kids enjoyed the water park area. The outdoor slides that accommodated my 5 year old were a big hit. My little one enjoyed the shallow end of the pool where he could stand and play. The highlight for the adults was the lazy river. Towels are available at the pool. Finding chairs poolside were a little difficult on the weekends with how busy the resort was. Not a big deal for us when we showed up before 10am. One downside was when we asked various staff questions like how to get to a certain place within the resort or what was a good restaurant to go to in the resort, many could not answer our questions. One even replied “I’m sorry I don’t know, I’ve never been around inside“ I thought this was a strange response being that they worked there. This was poor customer service in my opinion. 3D wildlife rescue & Live animals My family enjoyed exploring and hunting for the digital animals scattered throughout the lobby.
