The walls are paper thin. Worst room noise I have ever experienced at a Marriott. My daughter and I could hear every word the people next door were saying! There was also highway noise and the air conditioner going off and on made a loud noise. My daughter and I stayed here two nights during her orientation weekend for Kent State. Warning if you share Marriott points with your husband. The points account is in his name, but we both have Marriott credit cards. On occasion if he is not with us the front desk will ask to speak to my husband to confirm I’m on his account. No problem, but this hotel front desk said they couldn’t speak to him and said he had to call Marriott Bonvoy main number to have me added to the reservation. He goes to call the number and they didn’t even know what he was talking about until another person got on the phone. Finally after waiting in the lobby with all our stuff at 9:30 at night they got us added to the reservation so we could check in. I literally have the same exact Marriott credit card with my name on it and the same last name. I have the Marriott app on my phone with our confirmation number. This happened to the lady that was before us too and a lady after us luckily had her husband in the car, but he was handicapped and the hotel made him go in to check in. We will be staying in the area often for at least the next 4 years, but not here!

Ich habe dieses Hotel über Expedia für eine Nacht gebucht. Es war ein toller Preis für eine Nacht. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war komfortabel. Das Badezimmer hatte keinen Stop. Das Zimmer beinhaltete einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Ich sah Zeichen für einen Pool und einen Übungsraum, aber ich habe nicht einmal auschecken. Unser großes Problem war, dass es ein Hundfreundliches Hotel und eines der Hunde in der Nähe von uns würde nicht stoppen. Um 11:30 Uhr waren wir krank von der Schneidung und konnten nicht schlafen und notifizierten das Front Desk. Glücklicherweise setzte die Schneidung etwa 20 Minuten später ein. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag früh aufwachen, so dass wir nicht viel schlafen, aber ich bin froh, dass das Front Desk das Problem betreut hat.

Wir kamen zum Bereich für eine Diplomparty. Von der Eincheckung mit Angela bis zu unserem Auscheck war großartig. Unsere Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Wir hatten nebenzimmer. Wenn es eine Beschwerde gab, wäre das Bett für mich zu stärken. Auch wegen des Wochenendes und der Menge der Menschen, die vielleicht Haushaltung hätten in den gemeinsamen Gebieten etwas mehr vorhanden sein können. Besonders die Aufzüge. Ich sah einen Gast fast schleifen und im Aufzug fallen, weil das Wasser vom Gast aus dem Schwimmen zurückkommt. Die Bar war nicht schlecht. Wir hatten Lebensmittel aus dem Hotel für unsere Veranstaltung gepflegt. Das Rindfleisch war zu sterben. Ausgezeichneter Geschmack. Das schöne ist, dass es einige Geschäfte und andere Restaurants in der Nähe gibt. Wenn in der Gegend sicherlich wieder bleiben wird.

Ich hatte noch vor einer Woche noch nie in einem Drury Inn geblieben. Meine Familie war immer Mitglieder des Marriott Club. Allerdings muss ich sagen, ich war angenehmen überrascht von den Zimmern, Personal und Immobilien. Ich sage Ihnen, das Personal ist zweit bis niemand, so willkommen und bereit, zu jeder Zeit zu helfen. Ich kann ehrlich sagen, von Hauspflege bis zum Hotelmanager, super hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Es ist sehr lange her, seit ich diese Art von Erfahrung in jedem Hotel hatte. Ich werde nie vergessen, wie Sie meine Familie gemacht haben und ich fühle mich von der Minute, die wir angemeldet haben, wir waren sehr willkommen. Als ich ankam, sagte ich dem jungen Mann, dass ich eine gute Erfahrung hätte und er sagte: ”Ja, Mama.” Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit. Danke Drury Inn.

Ich blieb in diesem Hotel mehrere Tage vor der Pandemie und genossen es; ich dachte, es war gut für das Geld. Aber dieser letzte Aufenthalt war enttäuschend. Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Lärm des Klimaanlagen und der Reinigung. Als ich zuerst ins Zimmer kam und meine Schuhe entnommen habe, bemerkte ich viel langes Haar am Boden am Arbeitsplatz. Das längste Haar am Kopf ist etwa 1/2 Zoll, so dass es nicht mein war. Es scheint, dass das leicht aufgehoben hätte sein müssen, wenn der Boden vollständig gevakuiert war und mich überraschend darüber war, was sonst da war, was ich nicht sah. Der Klimaanlage im Zimmer machte einen roten Lärm, der mich aufwachte, die ganze Nacht lang an meiner ersten Nacht. Ich prüfte es schließlich, um zu sehen, ob ich den irritierenden Lärm finden und stoppen konnte. Ich fand, dass das Gerät Luftfilter hat und die ganze Front leicht aussteigt, um den Radiator zu reinigen. Ich glaube nicht, dass es noch einmal gereinigt wurde, weil sie völlig unheilbar waren. Sie machten mich so verrückt, als ich sie sah. Die beigefügten Bilder fangen die Brutalität nicht ausreichend an. Ich weiß, dass die Pandemie für Hotels hart gehandelt hat, aber es scheint, dass genau in diesen Zeiten die tiefe und gründliche Reinigung von Teppichen und Luftfiltern notwendig sein sollte.
