If I were to judge this hotel based solely on how we were welcome then I’d give it 0 stars. But I’m not going to be petty. So let’s start from the start. In the confirmation mail it says check-in is until 9:30pm (a bit strange for a hotel). We have 2 very small children (both under 3 years) & we were on the road & were running late due to the fact that we had to stop often due to car sickness from our kid. We called at 9pm to let them know we were on the road. We got there at 11pm & there was only 1 sign in the public parking lot staying that the hotel was 200 meters away. Other than that. Nothing. So I started calling the hotel to ask how we could find them. No one was answering. We kept circling around looking, wasting time. Finally my husband suggested to go look around by foot. Turns out you have to cross the whole slope by foot to get to the hotel. So after crossing over we finally make it at 11:30pm. The reception is locked. There’s no note. No phone. Nothing. We start calling out in hopes that someone would come out. Finally a cook opens his bedroom door & says he’ll call his boss. This man comes out in a rage saying “what sort of people arrive at midnight”. To which I explained that it was 11:45 at this point & we wasted 45 mins searching for this place cause no one was answering the phone. He kept reminding me that check-in was until 9:30. To which I responded. Okay we called in advance to tell you know we were running late & that we were on our way. The least he could’ve done was leave a note on the door or something. Fast forward. He gets us to the room & the heating wasn’t even on. Meaning the room was freezing (it was -7C that night). Our kids slept in jackets both nights cause the heating wasn’t even working that well. So solely based on that experience I’d give this place 0 stars. But the reason I am giving it 3 is cause it is very ideal for those who like snow activities & having the luxury of walking out of your hotel & being on the slopes is nice. The restaurant is quite tasty as well. Also another thing. They have billiards & foosball in the reception area. You have to pay to use it…2€. Like is that a joke? They advertise that they have a spa. Yeah 15€ per person per hour. We obv didn’t go. But I read it’s not good. This place is expensive for the quality of the room. Dust. Squeaky beds. Cracks in the wall. Barely functioning heating. From my understanding it was built in 1974 & im pretty sure it hasn’t been renovated since.

Je déjeune au restaurant tous les midis depuis 3 jours. Je ne cherche même pas à aller ailleurs. Tout ici est parfait! Accueil, service, plats. Je vous recommande ce que j’ai goûté : Côte de bœuf, steak haché, tarte tatin, tiramisu, Bravo!🎉🎊

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour magnifique le personnel au top, une vue magnifique et une restauration de qualité. La situation exceptionnelle juste au pied des pistes ajoute un petit plus non négligeable.Je recommande les yeux fermés pour un séjour en couple ou en famille .
