Well equipped rooms, restaurant with a selection of delicious meals, outstanding staff in reception and in restaurant and last but not least reasonable prices - what more to could I want? When we are next time in Aurangabad, we will definitely stay in this hotel and go for a dinner here.

We selected this property seeing some decent reviews online. However, it turned out to be our worst experience. The hotel facilities and room are nothing to talk about, the breakfast spread is pathetic, room service is practically not there, the bed linen was dirty, the staff at the reception is extremely rude and arrogant. They will be after your life for the payment and that is the only thing they care about. Customer service and experience is ZERO and not even in their agenda. PLEASE AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL EVEN IF THEY OFFER FREE ACCOMODATION. IT IS SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.

Erstmöglich ist der Ort unglaublich wunderbar über 300 Jahre alt und Sie können auch Tempel und Palaste besuchen. Zweitens sind der Besitzer und sein Personal wirklich nett, freundlich...Unser Sohn war krank mit Fieber und sie haben alles getan, um ihm zu helfen. We wanted to try IRCTC land tours and decided to give it a try by booking Cave Tour Ex Aurangabad. As part of the trip, we were given accommodation here. The trip went very well. I would rate 5/5 for IRCTC and their amazing managers Kiran, and Sejal. Coming to hotel, we liked our stay and have no complaints. However, we do have some suggestions for improvement. Pros: - Staff: Very friendly and helpful. I forgot toothpaste and the receptionist asked his colleague to go to a shop and buy toothpaste for us. - Food and in-room dining: Food is simple and delicious. The staff promptly informed us if our food choice was spicy. The service was very quick. Food was also customized as per requirement. - Location: The hotel is in the city center and it is very easy to take public transportation from here. - Running hot water: Hot water was available 24/7. - Touchless buttons for elevator: I was impressed that the hotel had installed a touchless panel for the elevator. - Safety: The place definitely appears to be safe. CCTVs are everywhere. Cons: - No automatic locks and waiters don't wait for us to open the door: The main door has no automatic lock. We had to manually lock it. As we are used to automatic locks in hotels, initially we forgot to lock. And waiters just knocked the door and came inside the very next second. We hardly had any time to react. Thankfully, nothing embarrassing happened and we started locking the door manually from then on. Automatic locks must be installed and staff who come to the room must be instructed to ”wait” for guests to open the door for them. They just can't walk in. Surprisingly, the bathroom has an automatic exhaust fan that detects movement and turns on but the main door doesn't have an automatic lock. - Other minor points: Fixtures, linen, and cutlery need a revamp. Some of the staff weren't wearing masks. On the whole, our stay was pleasant and memorable. We had good food and a comfortable stay.
