We had multiple encounters with some of the staff members all of them greeted us as we passed by or stood in the lobby. Christian I believe was the young mans name at the front desk he was very helpful, we had a lot of questions as I do not travel often with my less than one year old. He always had an answer. The day manager that worked with Christian was very sweet and accommodating. If I ever go back to Augusta this is where I will be staying here.

Es gibt kein Mittagessen, bei dem mir die Erwähnung ihres Brathähnchens das Wasser im Mund zusammenlaufen lässt, aber Sie können nicht einmal einen Cracker bekommen. Das Abendessen ist sehr lecker, aber auch sehr teuer. Das Personal (NUR im Restaurant) muss eine Anstellung in einer Kabine finden. Gäste sollten mit besonderer Sorgfalt behandelt werden, wenn sie sich im Rahmen ihrer wundervollen Reiseerfahrung auf Sie verlassen, um die Notwendigkeit zu haben, sich die Mühe machen, hierher zurückzukommen. Die Zimmermädchen, die Rezeption und vor allem der Bellman, Mr. John, waren jedoch auch sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Das war enttäuschend für ein Hof. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet, aber das Hotel ist älter und gerade aktualisiert. Sie störten nicht, die Popcorn-Obergrenze zu entfernen. Es fühlte sich immer noch datiert. Unser Zimmer riecht mustig, der Tube dripped Wasser, und die Fenster sind original, so dass Sie Menschen und Autos in Parkplatz hören können. Die Kissen sind schön, das Bett ist härter als das, was wir in der letzten Woche getan haben. Haustiere erlaubt so vielleicht das ist der mustig lustig? Die Fotos zeigen eine Feuerbrücke, aber es gibt keine Feuer oder Kuchen auf den Stuhl. Starbucks Bild ist nur schwarz Kaffee mit nur 3 Geschmackspumpen, die sie hinzufügen würden. Dies ist kein Starbucks. Sie sind besser, zum Eck für echte Starbucks zu fahren. Quesadilla Frühstück war sehr gut, und kostete $9.50. Ich würde nicht empfehlen.

We stayed here for one night in February 2024. Check in was easy. Our room was clean and spacious. This hotel is being renovated, however, the only way this affected us was with the concierge lounge which was off in a small closet like room next to the conference room. Breakfast in the lounge was average for a complimentary hotel breakfast and so were the evening snacks. The best part was that there was a free beer and wine available in the lounge in the evening. One thing that seemed odd in this hotel was that when we go off the elevator for our floor it was like we were in a tiny lounge and I'm not sure what the purpose of that space was. The location of this hotel is great and you'll be close to all types of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is central to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Easy to get around the area with lots of parking onsite. The room has a separate living room and bedroom. The extra space is a nice perk, along with a full kitchen area. I would stay here again.

We were greeted with friendly front door staff evertime we entered the hotel. The front reception/sitting area is rather large and the fire place was on making for a warm reception on this chilly evening. The room itself is very nice, the kitchen has two burners, a microwave, a full fridge and dishes for a family of four as well as pots and pan. There is a desk area with space to spread out and a lamp. The sofa is a hotel sofa, so stiff and not too comfy but clean. The large TV is in between the sofa and bed so it could be seen from either but would need to be turned. A turntable for the TV would be a nice addition. The shower was clean with glass sliding doors and shower gel/conditioner and shampoo available. The water was very hot! It was a really nice shower. The bed was comfortable, pillows are a tad too soft for me, but there are two so you can pile them up. The room AC is adjustable and definitely heated and cooled well. The room was vacuumed and appeared clean, but was dusty behind the TV (we had to pull it out as the cable was misbehaving) and the bottom of the lamps/baseboards are dusty. The free breakfast was nice! Sometimes the hotel breaksfasts are meager. This was not. First day was biscuits, gravy, sausage, pre made omelets (slightly rubbery), oatmeal with fruit, brown sugar and nuts, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, OJ, coffee, milk and tea. Second day was grits instead of oatmeal and potatoes instead of biscuits. The ladies in the breakfast area are soo sweet. One of them told me today that they take care of their customers and this is the best Homewood suites, she just wishes she could stay here :). apparently you can't stay if you work here. They were So kind and attentive. If we ever ran into staff they smiled and were kind. My husband said to me ”they must have good management to have staff who appear happy”. In the eating area: The seats were clean, available and no crumbs etc on the tables. Outside the parking lot is well lit, but some of the parking lot is a dirt lot which was not as nice. Overall I am very grateful to have found this hotel. GREAT stay. It was too cold to even think about the hotel pool...so I don't know and did not visit the gym. I did notice that there were construction workers staying here, and using the grill out back two evenings we were here. I thought that was great that they had that as an option. It says something that people are staying here for long term stays. I saw a travel nurse here as well. You can't go wrong staying here! I saw one of the negative reviews, she was NOT reviewing this hotel. She must have picked the wrong one to review by accident. This is a nice hotel!
