The family run hotel was a perfect spot for attending The Masters. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast options! The hotel shuttle to the Masters was an added amenity. I would definitely stay here again!

Unser erstes Besuch war eine angenehme Überraschung. Wir wurden mit Lächeln und Überlegungen begrüßt. Das Essen war geschmackvoll, frisch und reichlich. Einer der besten Homewoods, die wir geblieben haben. Unser nächster Halt in Augusta wird in diesem Hotel sein. Wir werden zurück sein!

Wir haben hier ein paar Mal im September verblieben und es immer genossen. Von der Minute, an die wir angekommen sind, war die Gastfreundschaft und Gnade des Hotelpersonals (Shakeia) gefühlt. Shakeia ist sehr süß und extrem bequem. Wir hätten überall bleiben können, aber wir kamen zurück zu einem Grundstück, das uns wirklich zurück will und es zeigt immer und immer. Wir lieben alles über diese Lage in Augusta, vor allem die schöne Umgebung, tolle Getränke an der Bar und das ausgezeichnete Essen an Salt & Marrow. Dies ist definitiv unser Zuhause weg von zu Hause. Danke für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Ich war angenehmen überrascht von der Größe der Suite. Es gab tatsächlich Zimmer, um im Badezimmer zu bewegen und viele Zimmer, um meine verschiedenen Gepäck zu verbreiten. Ich habe nur ein paar kleine Nachteile. Das Königsbett war im Grunde ein paar Cot-Rahmen mit einer großen Matratzen, die eine Seite deutlich höher als die andere ließ. Es gab auch keine bemerkenswerte Bühne auf dem Bett. Es war eher wie ein dünner Schiebeblatt, das mich gezwungen hatte, einen Fleeceblatt aus meinem Fahrzeug zu holen, um warm zu bleiben. Die Fernsehstunden sind ziemlich klein, was nicht viel war außer für die wenigen Stunden, die ich im Zimmer war, und die Sofa war nicht sehr komfortabel auf sitzen. Das war etwas wegen des sofabett, aber es zeigte definitiv seine Alter. Diese waren nicht sehr beunruhigend, weil ich jeden Tag in dem Zimmer war, aber ein längerer Aufenthalt hätte diese schmerzhaft gemacht, um sie aufzubauen.

We were greeted with friendly front door staff evertime we entered the hotel. The front reception/sitting area is rather large and the fire place was on making for a warm reception on this chilly evening. The room itself is very nice, the kitchen has two burners, a microwave, a full fridge and dishes for a family of four as well as pots and pan. There is a desk area with space to spread out and a lamp. The sofa is a hotel sofa, so stiff and not too comfy but clean. The large TV is in between the sofa and bed so it could be seen from either but would need to be turned. A turntable for the TV would be a nice addition. The shower was clean with glass sliding doors and shower gel/conditioner and shampoo available. The water was very hot! It was a really nice shower. The bed was comfortable, pillows are a tad too soft for me, but there are two so you can pile them up. The room AC is adjustable and definitely heated and cooled well. The room was vacuumed and appeared clean, but was dusty behind the TV (we had to pull it out as the cable was misbehaving) and the bottom of the lamps/baseboards are dusty. The free breakfast was nice! Sometimes the hotel breaksfasts are meager. This was not. First day was biscuits, gravy, sausage, pre made omelets (slightly rubbery), oatmeal with fruit, brown sugar and nuts, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, OJ, coffee, milk and tea. Second day was grits instead of oatmeal and potatoes instead of biscuits. The ladies in the breakfast area are soo sweet. One of them told me today that they take care of their customers and this is the best Homewood suites, she just wishes she could stay here :). apparently you can't stay if you work here. They were So kind and attentive. If we ever ran into staff they smiled and were kind. My husband said to me ”they must have good management to have staff who appear happy”. In the eating area: The seats were clean, available and no crumbs etc on the tables. Outside the parking lot is well lit, but some of the parking lot is a dirt lot which was not as nice. Overall I am very grateful to have found this hotel. GREAT stay. It was too cold to even think about the hotel pool...so I don't know and did not visit the gym. I did notice that there were construction workers staying here, and using the grill out back two evenings we were here. I thought that was great that they had that as an option. It says something that people are staying here for long term stays. I saw a travel nurse here as well. You can't go wrong staying here! I saw one of the negative reviews, she was NOT reviewing this hotel. She must have picked the wrong one to review by accident. This is a nice hotel!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut, die Gästezimmer-Reinigung muss eine Reservierung vornehmen, sonst ist es nicht.
