Ich weiß, dass die Wohnungen alle individuell gehören, so diese Bewertung ist nur über die Wohnung Nummer 9. Die Wohnung ist müde und braucht einige Reparaturen. Einige der Slaten fehlten von den Blinden im Loungebereich. Die Hälfte des Schrankes im Hauptschlafzimmer war geschlossen, so sehr wenig Platz, um Ihre Kleidung zu setzen. Das Bett im zweiten Zimmer ist scharf und der Blinde schließt nicht richtig. Die Hälfte der Taschen in der Küche sind geschlossen. Es scheint, als würden die Eigentümer nicht wirklich wollen, dass die Menschen in ihrer Wohnung bleiben. Die Mikrowelle ist so hoch, dass ich auf einem Stuhl stand, um es zu benutzen, gut, wenn Sie über 6 Fuß größe aber! Der Hausbetreuungsdienst wurde täglich erbracht, aber sie haben keine Reinigung und nur Handtücher geändert, Toilettenrollen aufgestellt und das Bett gemacht. Es gab ein kleines Duschdock und Brust, aber nichts anderes, um uns die Boden sauber von Sand zu halten. Die Apartments sind ideal gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, aber weil es ein ziemlich gritiger Sand ist, wandten wir es immer wieder in die Wohnung.

Hier 2 Nächte. Auf dem nächsten Inspektionsraum war ein wenig Staub und sah aus, als wäre es nicht in einer Zeit gestaubt worden.floor nicht sauber aussehen.. konnten von Stangen in den Fliesen gegrannt, aber nicht sauber aussehen. Die Poolfotos passen nicht die Bilder, Wasser war wolken und grünen und die Seiten des Pools waren sehr schmutzig, setzen mich aus gehen in.Dont mich falsch es war ein schönes Chalet mit einer Mikrowelle und Küchenzeile aber für 340 eine Nacht ein wenig überpreis in meinem Beurteilung. Auf der Ankunft Eigentümer sagte nicht viel.. nur, dass ich Air Con aufschieben sollte, wenn ich ins Zimmer komme. Es gab keine Bürste oder Hoover, um den Boden zu schütteln, so konnte nicht rühren.

Diese Bewertung ist für das Studio-Wohnung, das ich eine Nacht im Februar24 gehabt habe. Ich habe in diesem Motel ein paar Mal geblieben und liebte es für Dinge wie die freundlich hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr gute Reinigung, komfortable Betten und andere Möbel. Große Lage für Geschäfte, gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Szenenpromenaden bis Szenenbayes. Aber natürlich ist nichts perfekt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber irritierend gab es keine Witwe Bildschirmen, die die Moskitos am Abend aushalten, so dass die Witwes geschlossen werden mussten, das machte das Zimmer reichlich, aber es gab auch keine Klimaanlage oder Decke fans. Auch für ein Haus war das Badezimmer ein bisschen eng.

Das Zimmertyp ist sehr gut, gegenüber dem Meer, die Einrichtung des Balkons ist sehr überraschend, es gibt Kühlschrank und einfache Kochgeräte, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr hoch. Die Schale ist möglicherweise früher aus der Arbeit, wenn die Neuseeländer nicht finden können, 😅 beim Aufenthalt, aber die Schale ist bereits in der Briefkasse auf der Rezeption gelegt, Es wird empfohlen, dass das Hotel den spät angekommenen Gästen eine E-Mail über die Lagerung des Zimmers informiert.

Insgesamt war es ziemlich gut und sehr kosteneffizient. Hilfspersonal.
• Gepäcklagerraum verfügbar. Waschmaschine (4 Bucks für Waschmaschine, 4 Bucks für Trockner und 2 Bucks für Waschpulver), Schienenservice war kostenlos.
• Zahnbürsten & Zahnpaste waren beim Kauf @ der Rezeption zur Verfügung. Warmwasser, Boxfans, Kettle, kleines Kühlschrank, Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, sauberes Handtuch, Seife, Shampoo waren alle verfügbar.
Die ersten beiden Nächte, die ich geblieben habe, musste ich ein geteiltes Badezimmer benutzen, aber es war sehr sauber. Nachdem ich meinen Aufenthalt ausgedehnt habe, wo ich in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt wurde, das ein Badezimmer umfasste.
Auch perfekte Lage, da es sich auf der geschäftigsten Straße im Stadtzentrum befindet, wo Sie viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe sogar Supermärkte finden.
* Der untere Teil war, dass es sehr laut wird in der Nacht, Sie könnten den Verkehr und die Menschen auf der Straße schreien hören. Außerdem war die Mattress nicht in ihrer besten Form.

Loved our stay. It was like hotels used to be. Lots of complimentary items. You could literally just walk in with your clothes. Awesome having a bar and restaurant on site. Parking was excellent. Airport shuttles come to the hotel and it has a heated pool. Highly recommend.

The main advantage is the location, just off the main shopping area of Queen Street, less than 10 minutes walk to the Viaduct and Britomart areas. Supermarkets less than five minutes walk, SkyCity just up the road, etc. The building itself is nothing flash with a small reception area and two small lifts. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 7th floor and the apartment was quite comfortable and had plenty of space to relax. The WiFi worked well. The small kitchen had the basics we needed to have breakfast and prepare a light meal and snacks. One bathroom was an en suite off the main bedroom whilst the other bathroom was larger and contained the washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately we suffered from the construction noise in the street outside which of course is nothing to do with the hotel, but meant we had to sleep with the air conditioning on rather than have a window or sliding door open. There was less noise on the weekend but there was still some construction taking place.
