PLEASE READ - WORST ACCOMMODATION EVER! I WISH I could give this place no stars. Their customer service is appauling! I am shocked with how we were treated and would rather stay anywhere else. My partner and I had booked to stay here for two nights. On the last day we checked out at 10am and asked if we could leave our bags behind the counter to come and collect later. The issue is, you cannot enter the building unless you have a key card, and as we were checked out we didn’t have one. But as this is standard there is always someone there to let you in. We returned when we were ready to leave and no one was there. We rung and rung the doorbell for 30 minutes… We tried to call their phone but… wait for it… they have NO working number. We proceeded to wait longer another half an hour and MISSED OUR FLIGHT. All our luggage, belongings and keys were in there. Once someone came down they said they were upstairs. We had to pay $200 to rebook our missed flights for the next day and asked if we could have a free night. The lady offered to pay but we said no. She gave us the key card and let us have a free night. We were approached later by another man who asked us to pay. we explained what happened and said we either stay here for free or will find somewhere else. We were HAPPY to go anywhere else if they didn’t want a free night. We were not staying there or forcing ourselves there. The man said he will see what he can do. The next day we checked out. The first girl (who’s fault it was to begin with) was there and said nothing. They later proceeded to CHARGE MY CARD!! we approached the manager and turns out the girl LIED!! and said we were just going to pay and that it wasn’t her fault. And the manager basically said we have to pay. she said she can check the security footage to see if our story is right, that we waited, and waited, and rung (We were on the phone with 105 as we were so desperate) and then confirm also the man talking to us. we gave her ALL the times. Yet we have heard nothing. it has been ages since our stay, no contact, no refund. AWFUL Not to mention unfriendly staff, awful quality rooms, awful place in general. Please spend your money somewhere else x

Insgesamt war es ziemlich gut und sehr kosteneffizient. Hilfspersonal. • Gepäcklagerraum verfügbar. Waschmaschine (4 Bucks für Waschmaschine, 4 Bucks für Trockner und 2 Bucks für Waschpulver), Schienenservice war kostenlos. • Zahnbürsten & Zahnpaste waren beim Kauf @ der Rezeption zur Verfügung. Warmwasser, Boxfans, Kettle, kleines Kühlschrank, Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, sauberes Handtuch, Seife, Shampoo waren alle verfügbar. Die ersten beiden Nächte, die ich geblieben habe, musste ich ein geteiltes Badezimmer benutzen, aber es war sehr sauber. Nachdem ich meinen Aufenthalt ausgedehnt habe, wo ich in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt wurde, das ein Badezimmer umfasste. Auch perfekte Lage, da es sich auf der geschäftigsten Straße im Stadtzentrum befindet, wo Sie viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe sogar Supermärkte finden. * Der untere Teil war, dass es sehr laut wird in der Nacht, Sie könnten den Verkehr und die Menschen auf der Straße schreien hören. Außerdem war die Mattress nicht in ihrer besten Form.

Wie immer gut, außer dass die Einrichtungen der alten Hotels in Neuseeland relativ veraltet sind, aber der Service ist hervorragend und das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch

There are plenty of places to chose from and I recommend you pick somewhere else. The reviews were good for this hotel when I made the booking, the current feedback reflects a decline in the standards and services. Communication was difficult, there are no written instructions in the room in regard to rubbish removal or services. They double booked our room on the first night so first night in a smaller room, compensated with 1 night valet parking which was so slow we collected the car ourselves, they forgot to give us the card to get out of the car park. In the second room the floor was sticky, the fridge froze the contents, there was no plug for the sink or washing up liquid. Minimal dishes and cutlery. No shampoo or body wash just empty containers attached to the walls in the bathroom. Stained sofa. The TV system kept welcoming us as the previous occupants. There is a hot tub with cloudy water and 3 old machines in the ‘gym’. There is a view of the city, a washing machine and clean sheets. The wifi was good. The Pullman next door looked nice.

You get what you pay for and this hotel was the best deal in town when I visited, short of staying in a hostel. Great location close to the train and the Arena. The hot water in the shower was powerful and plentiful, and so was the wifi, the two top things I look for in a room. However there are no frills. There is no shelf in the shower, meaning you have to lay your soap, shampoo, razor and anything else you take in there on the floor. There is no plug for the bathroom sink. There is one small metal writing desk and that is the only surface to lay things on, no drawers or dressers or bedside tables. The walls are thin and a couple of nights my noisy neighbors woke me up. Bring earplugs. I found the staff efficient and mildly friendly if you put in the effort to make them feel good. Having said that, I'd absolutely stay again. The price, the shower, the location and the wifi make this an excellent low cost option for staying in the city

A centrally located hotel within walking distance of the harbour and other attractions. Stayed here for two nights to recover from a long flight before setting off on our New Zealand odyssey. Check in is efficient and our room was on the 23rd floor which afforded views across the city. The room was spacious and clean and the king size bed very comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with good quality accessories and the shower was powerful and hot. Ideal. However, we were close to lift and the whooshing noise when it was in use would annoy some. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The buffet is expensive for what’s on offer and the quality of the food we found average at best. At the time we stayed there was major construction work in progress outside the hotel although we were out during the day so it didn’t bother us.

Dauerliche Hausaufbewahrung scheint wahrscheinlich ein wenig langsam wegen hoher Besetzung zu sein. Nice Restaurants im Hotel. Es wäre gut, wenn sie die Frühstücksverteilung variieren können, die Verteilung ist jeden Tag während meines Aufenthalts gleich. Filterte Kaffee zum Frühstück angeboten. Wenn Sie etwas anderes wie Flachweiß, gelten zusätzliche Gebühren und zusätzliche Gebühren für Milch.

Mein Mann war einmal hier zufällig und jetzt ist es der Ort, wo er die meisten Wochen verbleibt, Große, saubere, ruhige Zimmer, mit allem, was Sie brauchen, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, großer Bildschirm-TV, das komfortable Bett und ein großes Badezimmer mit einer guten Dusche . Aber das Beste von weitem ist das Personal, von der freundlichen Willkommen und aufmerksamen Service, Sie konnten nicht mehr, wenige Touchs wie die Erinnerung an Ihre Namen, bedeutet viel.... Wenn Sie Pawan eine besondere Erwähnung geben müssen, ist es genau wie ein Freund, der Sie begrüßt, ein wahrhaft freundlicher Willkommen jederzeit wiederkommt, macht Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. TLDR: keine Klimaanlage, ständige Stromausfälle, hauchdünne Wände. Wo soll ich anfangen? Erstens gibt es keine Klimaanlage, sodass die Zimmer heiß und ungemütlich sind. Es gibt Kanalventilatoren mit niedriger Drehzahl, die nicht viel bewirken. Aber das größte Problem ist die Tatsache, dass die Räume meiner Meinung nach mit Bewegungssensoren oder einer Art Timer ausgestattet sind, sodass alle 25 Sekunden der gesamte Strom abgeschaltet wird. Das ist keine Übertreibung. Dazu gehören die Lichter, die Kanne, der Ventilator – alles. Ich habe mir im Dunkeln die Zehen gestoßen, weil beim Herumlaufen das Licht ausging und sich nicht wieder einschalten ließ. Duschen im Dunkeln, da das Licht ständig an und aus ist. Viel Glück beim Kaffeekochen, Duschen, Fernsehen oder Ähnlichem, ohne dass dies durch ständige Stromausfälle unterbrochen wird, die Sie in den Wahnsinn treiben. Ich habe das kleine Zimmer gebucht. Auf den Fotos sehen sie klein aus, aber in Wirklichkeit sind sie sogar noch kleiner, und ich hatte das Gefühl, ich würde ersticken. Die Zimmer sind winzig und heizen sich wie verrückt auf. Das kleinste Hotelzimmer, das ich je gesehen habe. Außerdem sind die Wände hauchdünn, so dass ich die Gespräche meiner Nachbarn Wort für Wort hören konnte, selbst mit Ohrstöpseln. Wenn es eine Klimaanlage und schallisolierte Wände gäbe, hätte ich den extrem kleinen Raum ertragen können. Schreckliche Erfahrung. Kümmern Sie sich nicht einmal um diesen Ort. Das Abstract hatte viel Potenzial, da es sehr schön dekoriert war, sich aber im Stich ließ. Es befindet sich außerdem in einer gefährlichen Gegend im Zentrum von Auckland. Sie sollten also sicherstellen, dass Sie in der Dunkelheit und in der Nähe vieler betrunkener Obdachloser in Ihrem Zimmer sind. Nachdem ich in der ersten Nacht aufgrund der Hitze, der Stickigkeit und der Gespräche der Nachbarn überhaupt nicht geschlafen hatte, beschwerte ich mich und ließ mein Zimmer freundlicherweise in ein größeres umbauen, aber die gleichen Probleme blieben bestehen: ständige Stromausfälle und auch in diesem Zimmer gab es keine Klimaanlage. Zumindest war es etwas kühler, da es größer war und ein zusätzliches Fenster hatte, außerdem gab es keine Nachbarn. Der Kundenservice war ziemlich gut. Da vor Ort keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind, müssen Sie in einem Parkhaus auf der anderen Straßenseite parken. Das Essen im Restaurant war durchschnittlich, aber das Highlight war der wunderschöne Essbereich im Freien.

Ich möchte Ihnen für Ihre Gastfreundschaft danken. Wir haben 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel geblieben. Unser Studiozimmer war sauber und hatte alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt hatten. Großer Service von Harshna. Sie ist erstaunlich! Danke !
