Naumi sah auf den Bildern schick und geräumig aus, aber in Wirklichkeit war das Zimmer alt und schlecht eingerichtet, vor allem die Toilette war schmutzig. Das Restaurantpersonal hatte eine gewisse Einstellung. Ich würde es als nächstes Flughafenhotel nicht empfehlen.

Wir kamen spät abends an und sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und boten uns sogar eine kostenlose Flasche Wein an. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nicht laut und auch kinderfreundlich.

Dies ist ein ordentliches Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens. Es ist jedoch alt und könnte eine Modernisierung gebrauchen. Der Teppich in den Fluren müsste unbedingt erneuert werden. Die kostenlosen Snacks und Getränke auf dem Zimmer waren eine sehr nette Geste. Das Personal war freundlich. Kostenloses Parken ist immer ein Bonus und macht nur Sinn. Im Großen und Ganzen eine gute Unterkunft, besonders wenn man spät in Auckland ankommt oder früh abreist.

Das Hotel hat einen eigenartigen Charakter und der Preis war angemessen. Allerdings liegt es nicht so nah am Flughafen, es gibt keinen kostenlosen Shuttle und die Annehmlichkeiten sind einfach, im gesamten Flughafen riecht es fürchterlich, es fühlt sich billig an.

Very friendly and helpful at check in. Not a great selection of food in restaurant but what I did have was nice enough. Clean and quite room. Enjoyed a soak in bath. Would stay again.

Quite a long walk to our room which is exhausting given that we have luggages that we needed to carry ourselves. But other that, it was a good stay and clean rooms.

We've stayed at the Naumi a few times prior to and after international flights....and the convenience of location and transport to and from hotel to airports are the reason why. The hotel itself is clean and has great amenities. Although we scored a room with a broken extract fan, which kept making a loud disruptive noise intermittently throughout the night. Usually service is great. However, this time we found it subpar, with bar staff ignoring us completely when we were standing at the bar for service. Other than the subpar experience with service this time. We will be back, convenience to airports is just too good.

Hotel in very good location, lots of carpark and clean. Room is spacious toilet is clean. One minor thing the aircon is too cold even i turn up high😅

Easy check in. Front desk customer service is awesome! Only one entrance to the hotel which meant the carpark was far away from our room. The foyer had an off stench every time you walked in. The room was great, especially for what we paid for it. The buffet breakfast closes earlier in comparison to other hotels we’ve stayed at so we didn’t get to enjoy brunch for long. Also would be beneficial to have a little sign for items you can order somewhere near the buffet as we didn’t know you could order hashbrowns. The only hassle we had was housekeeping. 2 days we had left early and arrived late to our room not done and the sign still on the door. One of those days, we had popped back in to pick up some clothes and housekeeping was outside our room when we came out. Excuse the guitar in the pic, was taking a shot for something else but here’s a snippet of the decor.

Overall a great hotel close to the airport. Very good amenities, clean, well maintained & fun decor. Room was spacious, clean & nice. Small outdoor patio was great. Big hotel with different wings & room options. Service from initial phone contact to check in etc was excellent. I read some bad reviews & was nervous but none of them held in my experience. Near busy road but surprisingly quiet. Pool & gym was great. We added the buffet breakfast & were very happy with it.

Fantastic service, nothing was too difficult to accomodate our needs. Comfy beds, great facilities. Will book again.

The hotel is near to Auckland airport and we are had a convenient stay to reach back to the airport the next day.

Very conveniently located not to far from the Auckland airport. Rooms are spacious enough. It's a quiet area. All good for us (family if 4)
