The hotel was very clean and staff was terrific. The room was spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable beds and the kitchens were an added plus to get coffee and breakfast on your own time. Location is very close to all shopping but far enough away to be very quiet. We will be back.

Wir blieben hier die Nacht vor dem Thanksgiving mit unseren 2 Kindern und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfreich und freundlich. Es war nahe zu allem, was wir wollten und einige Lebensmitteloptionen. Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel für die vier von uns. Die Kinder lieben das Schwimmen im Pool. Der Pool war klein, aber viel warm und genügend Raum, um nach der Erforschung des Malls für den Tag zu entspannen. Es sieht aus wie es dort gewöhnt war, ein Heißrock, aber es ist nicht mehr da. Für uns war das nicht viel, aber es kann für andere wichtig sein. Das Hotel wurde kürzlich klar renoviert und die Updates waren schön. Wir genossen die Möglichkeiten für das Frühstück und der Kaffee war stark und genau das, was ich am Anfang des Tages benötigt. Insgesamt planen wir wieder zurück zu kommen, um mehr in der Gegend zu erkunden! Absolut empfehlen mit denen mit Kindern!

Ich blieb hier im September und Dezember 2021 wegen der Stromausfälle in meinem Haus. Das waren meine ersten beiden Aufenthalte in dieser Unterkunft, da sie von einem Hawthorn Suites auf MainStay Suites umgewandelt worden war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - besonders Serena am Front Desk! Sie war sehr hilfsbereit, professionell und witzig, mit zu reden. Die Zimmer sind immer noch identisch mit dem, wie sie aussehen, als das Gebäude eine Hawthorn Suites war, was wirklich nichts ist, weil alles immer noch in ziemlich guter Form ist und die Betten sind komfortabel. Nur ein Erinnerungswort für die Hausaufsicht, mit der Reinigung alles durchzugehen, da es noch Überreste in der Küche gab. Neben diesem war das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Mein Zimmer -- 329--was ziemlich ruhig trotz nahezu dem Aufzug. Da es sich um ein Eckeszimmer handelt, hatte ich nichts neben mir, was nett war. Mein anderer Zimmer für den SEP 2021 Aufenthalt war 317, und es war auch sehr nett. Obwohl ich ein bisschen gelähmt bin, ist es nicht mehr eine Hawthorn Suites und bietet nicht die gleichen Einrichtungen, es ist immer noch ein zuverlässiger und komfortabeler Ort zu bleiben in Auburn Hills, und ich weiß, dass ich irgendwann zurückkehren werde.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer von 5/14-5/18 reserviert. Die Anzeigen zeigen einen schönen Außenpool. Es war nicht. Der Pool wurde leider untentfernt und schlank grün. Sie behaupten, der Pool ist wegen COVID geschlossen. Kein Ort auf der Website der Wahl sagt, dass der Pool geschlossen ist. Sie verwenden nur den lame Disclaimer, dass einige Dienstleistungen aufgrund von COVID nicht verfügbar sein können. Allerdings wurden keine anderen COVID-Protokolle von der Mitarbeiterin beobachtet. Keine Maske. Die Küche im Frühstücksbereich wurde in den Besitzern gekrampft, so dass die Menschen die ”Essen” Ends anstatt nur die Handtücher zu bekommen die Kunststoffwaren müssen berühren. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen die gleiche. Die Zimmer zeigten ihr Alter. Das Tub wurde wieder gemalt und das Gemälde war abgewälzt. Es gab Mildew in der Tube um den Sputter und an den Kaulk Gelenken. Es gab nur 3 Handtücher für ein 2 Queen Bettzimmer. Kein Ersatz TP. Unsere letzte Nacht gab es kein warmes Wasser am Abend oder am nächsten Morgen.

Ich bin ein jüngster Amputier. Als ich meinen Bein verloren habe, habe ich mein Haus wegen Versicherungsvorschriften verloren. Ich habe mich in die ESA geprüft -- Auburn Hills. Paul und sein Personal sind mir seit meiner Ankunft wunderbar gewesen. Sie haben Müll ausgeschaltet und bewegt Dinge, die bewegt werden müssen. Sie erfüllen meine jeden Antrag. Als ich zuerst hier war, gab es viel Lärm und Hunde. Aber jetzt sind die Teppiche täglich gereinigt und gefriert. Alles wird regelmäßig gesund. Wenn ich eine Beschwerde hätte, wäre es, dass das Internet gruselhaft ist!!!! Das ist nicht die Schuld des Personals, sondern der ESA Corporate. Ich könnte einen Brief schreiben, ihn in einen Umschlag setzen und ihn an den Empfänger schneller als das Internet in diesem Hotel. Dieser Ort ist völlig zu teuer für verrücktes Internet. Selbst wenn Sie die zusätzliche Gebühr $31/month zahlen, ist es sehr langsam, wenn es überhaupt kommt. Ich habe mit Unternehmen gesprochen, die sagt, es ist ein Drittverkäufer und sie arbeiten an der Frage. Nochmals, ich bin hier seit August. Wie lange könnte es dauern, um herauszufinden, warum ich kein Internet habe, wenn das Zimmer neben der Tür FULL Signal hat. Ich mag dieses Hotel und ich mag die Leute, die hier arbeiten. Ich hasse das Internet und ich denke, es ist eine Schande, dass der Grund, warum ich nicht zufrieden bin mit meinem mehr als vier Monate hier bleiben ......

This place was old but the rooms have been upgraded. Our room was mostly clean with just some corners missed. The updates were basic but nice. We do appreciate the hard floor in place of carpeting. The bed was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the desk, microwave and refrigerator and the many outlets around the room. There was one weird piece of that though. None of the desk power worked unless the overhead light was on. My husband does desk work before i get up and this added many hurdles for him.
The staff was very friendly. We had some extra time so stopped to see if we could check in early but they apologized that they couldn't accommodate us because the rooms were not ready. I would much rather wait than have a room that cleaning was rushed to get us in.
This hotel enforces a quiet time which again is wonderful for us.. We play music for a living and we fully appreciate a discounted but quiet room stay.
The drive to the hotel is a little difficult to follow the first time because the road comes in the back way. It feels a little unsafe BUT we had no issues at all. We will be back.

The room was decent; the bed was on the worn-out side. However, there were some very annoying issues at this hotel: 1. The clock was not adjusted for DST by mid-December. I woke up with a start, thinking I was an hour late, until I saw my phone. Basic maintenance! 2. The website says they are doing a renovation. I found only upon arrival that there was not a regular breakfast - only a cold breakfast in a box. This should be clear on the website, not announced on arrival. There is a McD next door. 3. They add a ”mall surcharge.” This is not disclosed on the Hilton reservation site, but the amount is included in ”taxes.” The hotel keeps a surcharge, and this is NOT a tax. This was about $4, but it is not transparent or honest. 4. The TV goes to Fox News each time it is powered on, no matter what I watch when turning it off. Other than annoying, automatically going to any politically charged channel is inappropriate - someone's agenda? Not a bad hotel, but it seems management is not customer-oriented. Plenty of other options for next time!

I wish I could always stay at a Holiday Inn Express. The person at the front desk was very friendly and really turned our stressful day around. We did initially get the wrong room with only one bed instead of two but I called down and he said he'd fix it and when we got down off the elevator he was waiting right there with the correct key cards so we could just pop back up. The room was lovely and immaculately clean of course and the pillows really are the best ever. I'm actually trying to figure out how I can get one for home! I grabbed a coffee and banana before I left but there were so many other tasty options I would have liked to have. Highly recommend, I wish I could remember the name of the person at the front desk, he was really great.

I would recommend this location again and again! The hotel is quiet and the rooms were clean and well furnished. Breakfast tasted good, contained healthy choices, and a variety of selections. Now to the hospitality, our stay was due to bereavement, but I tell you this, Mr. K.D. ensured we had a smile every interaction! He provided top tier customer service - even as we checked in at 2am after a long day of travel! Thank you to the entire staff!

My wife and I booked this hotel a few months back, based on some good reviews, but we didn’t quite have that same experience… We originally asked for a top floor room, but the guy gave us a lower room. But once we reminded him of that, he changed it. He seemed very nice. We asked for a luggage cart, and he said it must be missing or left on a floor, but we looked on all floors and didn’t see any cart… had to use our small cart in the van. The first room he sent us to had NO pillows, and the floor was not vacuumed. Went back down, (very long hall), with our luggage and got another room. This new room seemed to have the carpet vacuumed but when Jan looked for her dropped ear ring, she had to look under the bed, and it was not vacuumed just under the skirt and also not vacuumed behind the bed, where you stand up against the wall. The carpet has stains. Fairly nice bathroom but the fan in bathroom doesn’t work, and the walls are fairly dirty. But the sink, toilet and shower look recently replaced. Good darkening curtains, but they don’t come completely closed, had to use a clothespin that we had. Their online page says there is a “furnished” kitchen, but it is just 2 burners, full size frig, small microwave and small sink. NO utensils whatsoever, no pan or pot, all cabinets are empty, why even have a stove with nothing to cook with. Also no coffee maker or toaster, nothing. And no breakfast or coffee at front office. There is a nice desk area for laptop, etc, but one of the office chairs were so soiled, that we had a towel on it, before we sat on it. The hallway is also not vacuumed… lots of debris along the hall, and the carpet is very dark from shoe dirt, coming out of the elevator. Heater works well, although the room kept getting warm on its own, so we had to have AC on all night, but no biggy. I heard it was bought by new owners 2 months before, but they could at least vacuum and put a few items in their “furnished” kitchen area. The price is good, but we would not come here again.
