This is my second time in this hotel, so, everything was good as always. I enjoyed to stay there, very convenient location.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend

It is too creepy with many stranger noice. I cannot sleep all 2 nights.

Nice and has lots of space

The rooms were great. Reservation was there and check-in was quick. Rooms are nice and quiet. Perfect for a short weekend trip. Disappointed over the breakfast. The advertisement shows a western style breakfast. Fried egg, sunny side up, nice fried bacon and a couple slices of french toast rolls. You Actually get a Japanese watery omelette, two tiny sausages links and a corn soup in a cup. They also added salsa to my plate. Looked like salsa dip spooned out a jar. Could do better on the breakfast. I rate 3 out of 5 stars due to the check-in and room conditions.

剛好遇到日本連假； 所以飯店的價格變得很高… 因此選擇了本厚木站的這家Hotel.   很標準的日本商務飯店； 房間小但是應該有的也不缺； 厚木是一個方便的地方 附近有很多好吃好逛的； 早餐也不錯；離地鐵站走路五分鐘 很方便 就是跟東京有一些距離

來日本出差，出羽田機場，坐9號站大巴，大巴到本厚木站點下，酒店就在下車大巴站附近。酒店附近有很多的飯館，拉麪店等，酒店到本厚木電車站步行5-10分鐘。酒店提供早餐日式和西式，個人覺得日式還可以，早餐較簡單。下回再來出差的話？還會選擇這裏。

安定のホテルです。周りのロケーションも良く、急な宿泊にも丁寧に対応してくれます。部屋は綺麗でした。アメニティも豊富なので手ぶらで宿泊しても問題ありません。価格とサービスのバランスが良いと感じています。

附近有不少商舖，吃的東西都很多

本厚木駅からの近さやコンビニ（ファミマ）が近いなど総合的に良いホテルでした。ただ、カップルで泊まるには少しベッドが小さかったです。

部屋のエアコンの効きが良くなくて、時折 暑くて寝れなかった。 寝具は寝心地よかったです。
