Wyndham Atlanta Buckhead Hotel & Conference Center Bewertungen

We had a very short rest night for our connecting flight out of Atlanta, about 6 hours only, We booked at this hotel because it is close to Lenox station and the area is considered safe in Atlanta. We can walk from the station to the hotel with luggage at night and back to the station in the early morning. The rooml is clean and with full amenity. We usually rent a car when we visit more days in Atlanta. If the hotel could offer free parking for the hotel guests, we will choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.

訂了的房間是包括早餐的, 但入住時酒店說沒有。於是, 致電Trip.com客服, 很快便給我解決了!👍 酒店位置很好, 附近有兩個大的高级商場。酒店房間够大, 不過所有設施都比較陳舊了。

太差勁了，我是去年在攜程上訂的這個酒店，當時叫萬豪，後來改温德姆了，我到酒店時前台跟我説找不到訂單，要我另外付費才能入住，當時人生地不熟的，衹能另外付了一千多美元，後來和攜程聯繫，才確認訂單，但後面付的錢一個月後才退還我。早餐極差，蔬菜都沒有，開始還説我沒有早餐，我給他們看訂單又不認，還是請攜程聯繫了才同意，然後盯着我要小費。衞生也不是天天打掃。有一天晚上旁邊房間有條狗一直狂叫，跟前台反映説要換樓層，前台説客房都滿了，我明明看到沒什麼客人，就這樣打發我。
