We are located less than 1 mile away from the Mercedes Benz Stadium near downtown. Our Conquest 2018, 19 foot camper is nestled in the rear of a main home in a fenced in backyard. Vine City is an historic piece of American history. Dr. MLK lived 2 blocks away. The property is located in a diverse population group. If you are fearful or racist please don't book. **170 pound weight limit***** Camper tub is designed for 170 max. Weight capacity. If drain tub replaced $300 fee applies.* We are located less than 1 mile away from the Mercedes Benz Stadium near downtown. Our NEW Amerilite, 2019, 19 foot camper is nestled in the rear of a main home in a fenced in backyard. Vine City is an historic piece of American history. Dr. MLK lived 2 blocks away. The property is located in a diverse population group. If you are fearful or racist please don't book.! The camper is fully equipped. There is a kitchen with stove top, microwave. refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Dishes, glassware, silverware, frying pan. There is a bathroom with a toilet. 1 bunk bed with 2 camper size twin beds. Plus an added bonus of a 4 person seating dinette area that is multipurpose and transforms into a double size bed suited for 1 or 2 guests. There is air conditioning and heat. All bed linen including sheets, towels, blankets, pillows are provided. Dish television. Wifi. Added storage underneath of the queen size bed. MLK walked these streets and Ambassador Andrew Young's family lived just blocks away also in Vine City. Atlanta has committed $500M in public and $500M in private funds for revitalization and we are so excited to see new bike paths etc. $2.4M invested by the City of Atlanta to renovate the JFK park directly across the street from the property with a world class soccer field. Located in Historic Vine City neighborhood. Dr. MLK and his wife Coretta Scott King lived just 2 blocks away in a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with 3,631 sq.ft and raised their young family in 1965. Dr. King lived here when he was assasinated on April 4, 1968. Robert F. Kennedy and wife Ethel, Nixon, Jaqueline Kennedy all visited Mrs. King at this family home just 4 days later for Dr. King's funeral. The National Park Service has purchased the property and eventually it will open for tours. You can simply walk from here 2 blocks to view the home, take photos and actually experience where Dr. King wrote many speeches, met with Civil Rights leaders and where all of his children were raised. Coretta Scott King lived in the home until 2004. We share location details of our booked guests. . . Walking distance to 2019 Superbowl, Falcons home games, loads of American History less than 1 mile away from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, former GA Dome, GA World Congress Center, minutes away from the Olympic Village, GA Aquarium, CNN, Civil Rights museum, Coca Cola World headquarters, Ferris wheel, horsedrawn carriage, we host guests attending international conventions like The Rotary Club, Annual Neurologist Association, Biomedical Engineering conferences, International Production Processing Expo, Domotex, Medical doctors on rotation for long term stays, Bronner Bros. Annual hair show, Canadian tourist Convention, Momocon, Comicon, Shaky knees, Shaky bones, among other events. Easy access to the airport and major roadways and walking distance to public transportation (MARTA). Come and see what tiny living is all about. We are in a revitalization community. About 50% of our guests are single women. The property is cleaned professionally and maintained by maintenance. ***Pets under 40 lbs. considered on a case by case basis. Blessed and grateful I must say this was a blessing. I had the pleasure of staying here in a very dark time in my story. Having the opportunity to stay here and to feel safe was everything. This is a very cute and cosy set up with a lot of privacy. I honestly don’t have the words to say thank you for all the help that was giving to me during this time. I would definitely recommend to others and I will be looking to book again the future.
