2층에 묵어서인지 곰팡이 냄새가 남. 그래도 방이 따뜻하고 예상보다 깨끗해서 잘 잤음. 식당에 있는 1인용 엘베를 타고 2층 이동. 아침 8시에 공항 무료셔틀버스가 있다고해서 7시 57분 에 내려갔다. 버스를 어디서 타냐고 물어보니 문 앞이라고해서 기다리는데 8시 15분이 되도록 차가 오지 않아 다시 물어보니 우리가 오기 전에 출발했고 8시 30분에 온다고함. 내가 7시 58분에 물어봤을때 미리 말해줬더라면 나는 눈이 온 추운 날 밖에서 떨고있지 않았을 것이다. 무료 셔틀버스는 터미널4에 한 가족을 내려주고 다른 사람을 어떤 건물에 내려주고. 공항 밖으로 나가서 다른 사람을 태우고 다시 공항 1터미널로 왔다.호텔에서 내가 내려야하는 터미널1까지 20분이 걸렸다.
Gutes Hotel für eine Übernachtung vor dem Abflug. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber ausreichen. Gutes Bad mit Wannendusche. Frühstück für 12,90 Euro gut und reichhaltig. Ein und Auschecken vollkommen problemlos, guter Service und sehr sauber.

My first impression was a deteriorated hotel exterior and a Front Desk area that smelled bad. The main issue, however, was that the air conditioning in the room was deficient, so we contacted the Front Desk and the staff member offered us another room that had the same issue and in addition, the AC was very noisy. The employee explained that the whole hotel has the same AC which is insufficient. I asked to speak to a manager or be transferred to another hotel and he said that we can talk to the manager the next morning. I explained I needed to sleep in a cool room that night, but he said there is nothing else he could do other than offer a third room, which we ended up accepting because we were exhausted and frustrated. Conclusion: there was no decision-maker at the hotel at 7 pm. The employee at the Front Desk was polite but had no authority to resolve the issue. Please note I had called the hotel prior to the trip to make sure they had air conditioning, and they said yes. I should have asked if it was working properly too! I do not recommend this hotel.

Worst experience in my travel history. I’ve been stayed at more than 100 different hotels in the world and this was the terrible. Room was not been used by anyone since long so bad smell in the room. Carpet was smelling and dirty, insects were there on carpet and bed. We asked to change the room but they rejected Inspite of having rooms available with them (I checked online). We were having a flight early in the morning so I booked this hotel so that we can take a nap before boarding but we couldn’t. Bathroom was so dirty, no flush was working. There was no staff at reception who can speak English. Please never ever book this hotel, better to stay at airport.

My flight from Easy Jet was cancelled and there were no more flights available that night. Easy Jet set us up in this hotel at no cost to us. The staff were the absolute best!!!! I would go back to stay there on my own. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

The reason for the low score is mainly due to the treatment received by the staff at reception. I contacted the hotel at 8.30am to enquiry about the shuttle and went straight to the pick up location, however they never showed up. The driver was only sent to pick us up when I called again after waiting for an hour with a small child. When I complained, I was treated very badly by Mohamed who was in charge of reception when I arrived at the hotel. Rather than apologising he claimed we were not at the pick up point, then snapped when I asked for the manager and even raised his voice with me. I have never experienced such a bad treatment before, unacceptable behaviour and I do not think he should work in a customer facing job.
