Dieses Hotel ist gut und das Frühstück ist gut. Leider ist das Personal unprofessionell und hat eine schlechte Einstellung. Sie konnten meine Reservierung nicht finden und haben sich nicht entschuldigt oder mir bei der Lösung meines Problems geholfen.

Ich war schon mehrere Male in diesem Hotel und leider altert es viel zu schnell ... billige Kapseln wurden durch Nespresso ersetzt, Bademäntel zeigen ihr Alter, der Whirlpool im Pool funktioniert nur teilweise, die Dusche leckt usw. Das Hotel ist voll funktionsfähig, aber eine Renovierung würde helfen. Vermeiden Sie Zimmer im Erdgeschoss! Zu klein für einen Stuhl (es gibt keinen) und es gibt ernsthafte Probleme mit Belüftung und Schimmel. Und diese Zimmer sind nicht kostenlos ... das Frühstück ist weiterhin in Ordnung, aber für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich mir einen anderen Ort suchen.

Great boutique hotel. Great mattress and pillows (I actually bought two). Friendly and helpful employees. Good breakfast selection and view from the terrace. The architecture of this hotel (which actually unites two buildings) is phenomenal (mixing neoclassical elements with modern touches).

Loved this hotel. Great indoor pool, lovely breakfast, comfortable beds. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Stylish and elegant. Great location with some cool cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again when next in Athens.

We had one night in Athens on our return from the islands. We chose Coco-Mat Jumelle because of its central location and easy access to the airport. The hotel is very modern and clean - it is made up of two buildings, one old mansion and a modern built. Our room was on the 7th floor of the modern building with city view which was nice but not spectacular. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Great walk-in shower. The only amenities missing from the room were an iron and iron board. We had room service twice and the food was average at best. Small portions, high price, and not good quality which is a shame for the overall price tag of the hotel. Same goes for the coffee at the restaurant, which was very bad and tasteless. The waiter on duty on that day, who also brought our room service, was not friendly at all. The trays from the room service were not picked up overnight, and when we left they were still there. Not a great value for money hotel overall.

Always a good choice. The rooms are basic but clean and rather new. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is typical greek (rich and perfect) and is served on a beautiful terrace. Location is superb and we will be back. Sleep is comfy - but what would one expect knowing coco-mat.

Although we arrived early there was no problem leaving our luggage. The reception staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We were given a free upgrade to a balcony room which was outstanding. We were giving free drinks and slippers to take to our room. After a good night sleep the choice at breakfast was everything you could ever want. Again we were allowed to leave our luggage and the receptionist booked us a taxi to the airport. 10 out of 10

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's in Kolonaki, the best neighborhood in Athens in my opinion. It's also close to a very nice park. The hotel is good but need more maintenance. For example the gym which is very limited in equipment, has machines in bad condition. The room was very very small. Impossible to place two big bags anywhere in the room. The breakfast buffet was ok, I'll say average.
