Art of Living - Hostel

We were to pass two nights two teachers and six students. The cleaning and the service was really poor. But worst was that they charge me twice, one blocking the money of my credit card, and another because I payed with my credit card. I reserved with booking and the instructions were I had to pay there. I had been four months asking for apologies and my refund and the administration of the hostel didn´t do anything, even answer...I would never recommend it.

Terrible. So bad couldn’t stay in it. Had to book and pay for another hotel. Lost the money we had paid for this room. Unclean bed and room. Broken shower. Found a used condom. Wouldn’t refund us what we paid in advance. Lost the first day of our holiday trying to sort it out. Avoid.

+ Staff was very friendly, towels were provided, room and bathroom were very clean, close to subway, 10 min. walk to Akropolis, airconditioning and wifi works well, the rooftop (terrace) was a fun area with jacuzzi, pool in basement - Very tiny rooms, kind of dangerous to fall out of the top bunk bed, horrible breakfast, no closet This hostel is fine for traveling students, but not made for family travels.

We stayed in the hostel for 2 nights and were bitten by BED BUGS (confirmed by some bed bud ink stained on the mattress). After talking to the absolutely non comprehensive owner, he threaten us and cancelled our reservation on booking so that we couldn't put a review (I attach the receipt photo so that you can see it is a real comment :)). Moreover, the kitchen and common parts are really, really dirty (trashs always full and stink, no clean dishes available, etc.), jaccuzzi water was green/yellow (see photo). I really recommend you to runaway, even if the photos seem attractive you will be at least disappointed, at worst contaminated with bed bugs.

Horrible experience. La chambre sentait plus que mauvais, la salle de bain n’en parlons pas. Les gens qui fréquentent cette auberge et avec qui vous partagerez votre chambre seront certainement bruyants, irrespectueux et désagréables. Cerise sur le gâteau, les punaises de lit vous tiennent compagnie et vous piquent toute la nuit. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise d’en retrouver sous le matelas, au milieu des déchets laissés par d’autres voyageurs. Le personnel est nonchalant et de mauvaise foi concernant l’affaire des punaises. La « piscine » où plutôt la baignoire présente sur le rooftop est sale, la terrasse n’est pas entretenue et tout est cassé. A fuir

Très mal entretenu. WC cassés, ascenseur en panne, problèmes électriques (court-circuit dans les lampes), literie mal lavée. Malgré l'aide de l'équipe qui nous a fourni des lampes d'appoint, et le prix très bas, impossible de recommander.
