The rooms are a bit old, but everything else was fantastic, from the friendly welcome to the attention to the room cleaning service, and I particularly thank Maher Al-Dabaa for the housekeeping service.The food was delicious , the beach was sandy ,everything was amazing

Such a great place to visit the stuff is really friendly, great service, great food to be specific ( the sea food, and the side dishes , and the breakfast, and the dessert was amazing) and the housekeeping service was nice and great I really suggest visiting this place

This is the 7th subsequent year to spend my vacation with my family in Movenpick Sokhna. Rooms are clean, team are friendly and there is a nice nigh parties. The pool view is fantastic. A fantastic place. Today i eat the best sushi ever from Chef Hany. Thank you Team

Very nice stay. We came for 2 days. Nice staff at the housekeeping (hany junior) and at the restaurant (chef Hany, chef escale and Mahmoud) The hotel is very clean. There is a lot choice at the restaurant. The room is confortable and spacious. We will come again for sure.

I made a reservation here for Jordanian friends of mine. They checked out two hours after the checkin. The rooms were not clean, flies everywhere and the curtains were dirty. Even the dinner was not up to standards. I was with them that day and faced a bad attitude from one of the receptionists. I was going with them to their room to charge my laptop and make sure that everything was okay, he called the security who asked me to accompany him to the reception and then started talking in a demeaning way saying that I am not allowed to go the rooms area and that I should be charged either for a room or beach access. In conclusion, the hotel is not good and not welcoming and I am not recommending it to anyone.

I persnally had a terrible experience with the reception and concierge being very rude and unprofessional in their attitude towards the guests during check-in and check-out, They kept on nagging to pay the full room amount prior to our departure which is OK and once we did that and asked for a simple email confirmation several times without success, we even called them several times and no response, and during the check-in we saw them having issues with many guests claiming that they must pay again the full amount as they can't see it reflected in their accounts though many of the guests had the payment confirmation with them ready. This resulted in long queues and problems during the check-in time in addition to a very rude and unprofessional responses from the receptionist. Once we settled this case and entered our room it wasn't clean at all though they mentioned that it was ready and cleaned while the fact is that the toilet was really dirty, pillows seems to be used and not changed, we could see lots of hair on the pillows and bed sheets, Moreover the towels smelled really bad (They helped to change them later on after several complains). The room also seems to be backdated and required renovation (We have a room with a sea view). After the check-out and while heading to the car parking then I was stopped by the concierge asking if I paid and completed the check-out and I answered yes with a yellow smile on my face, and once I placed our luggage in the car then I went back to the reception to pick up my children and prepare to leave then I was stopped again by the concierge asking me again if I paid and did a check-out out or not , few minutes later a 3rd concierge person came in and asked the same question and this time I ignored him followed by a forth time question via the reception asking me the same question as if we are in a jungle or that I should carry a sign stating that I did a check-out and paid and here I exploded and shouted to them asking to show respect and talk in a professional manner, and that you can't keep asking the guests in the reception if you did a checkout and paid the whole time though I completed the checkout some minutes ago and just stayed like 5min in the reception to pick up my children/wife and a quick chat with some friends. Overall, It was a very bad experience and will never ever visit again, many of our friends said exactly the same. It's unfortunate as this hotel used to be great in the past (some years ago), and one of the best in this area but seems there days are gone.
