BB Tributary Hotel

So i booked this place for my friends. On their arrival, their experience was terrible. Non of them ended up sleeping in any of the rooms i booked for them. The rooms weren't neat and were with insect and bugs infestations. Also, the lights went off at a point and it took them forever to restore the light. The hotel Manager Richard said prepaid was finished. (i mean how can you allow prepaid to finish when you are running a hotel business and you have people who have booked rooms?)POOR SERVICE RENDERED. We asked for a refund too because we didnt sleep in there and had to go and book another hotel but Richard will not refund. YOU BOOK BB TRIBUTARY HOTEL AT YOUR OWN PERIL. And Richard, a little advise, instead of finding ways to defend the poor service rendered, you shld rather be apologetic and find ways to retain your clients to avoid bad reviews like this one.
