Spain is a gorgeous country. The people warm and friendly, the sights entrancing, the food unsurpassed. We have been to Spain twice, once in October 2016 pre-pandemic and once in October 2022. During both trips we had the absolute pleasure of staying at La Zoreda. Each time we had an exceptionally warm welcome from the front desk. Massimo and Stephanie made us feel like returning friends. They were warm and engaging speaking perfect English to our hesitant Spanish. The rooms are first class. They are spacious, beautifully appointed and impart a feeling of tranquility the moment you enter. At night the windows open to a breathless silence with just a hint of breeze ruffling the silk curtains making the beautiful embroidered butterflies dance and lulling you into dreamland. The breakfast is excellent, with gorgeous food shared in a wonderful room overlooking the back garden. I particularly like the warm milk they bring for your café con leche. But I save the very best for last. The dining room is outstanding and favorably compares to the best we have enjoyed across several continents. The first night we dined there we ordered off the extensive menu and had a memorable meal. For our second night, we booked the chef's choice special menu and were not disappointed. Not only did he design the menu, but it was printed out with each of the seven courses. It was heaven! The octopus was exquisite, a true taste sensation; the cream of garlic soup smooth, flavorful, each mouthful sensational; the pork perfectly roasted with the outside crackling with flavour. The dessert an eruption of exquisitely blended sensations of fruit and chocolate. Javier was the consummate host leading us through each course matching cocktails and wine with each course. Stephanie to our surprise and delight, provided a glass of champagne to kick off the entire evening. Although the setting is exquisite, it is the staff, the chef, Massimo, Stephanie and Javier who truly make this an unforgettable experience. If you are planning on a trip to Spain, La Zoreda is a destination that must not be missed. We were looking for golf courses and comfort- instead we found a home away from home and a lifetime of memories. We will make a point of returning.

We absolutely loved this hotel decided to stay there at last minute because it’s only about a 15 minute drive from Asturias airport . It’s in a beautiful peaceful setting with fabulous views and lovely garden . Staff at reception so friendly and helpful . Hotel is very Spanish in style with a very comfortable feel. Public areas furnished in traditional style really comfortable. Rooms very spacious, large bed ,fabulous large bathroom really well equipped. We had dinner which was great value and really good at €30 each which included a lovely bottle of Rioja . There is a Spa here too which unfortunately we didn’t have time to sample . The hotel would be a great base for touring all the towns , villages and beaches in the region . Cudillero only about 20 mins drive , Saint Esteban about 10 mins drive . Our only regret was that we would have loved to stay for a week . We’ll definitely be back !!

Hotel cn alle drei B Gut,Schön und billig. Hotel sehr sehr komfortabel und seine Mitarbeiter von 10 insbesondere Noelia. Sie sind sehr freundlich, geben Sie Informationen d q sehen, sehr nett. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, das komfortable Bett, das tolle TB-Badewanne. Alles ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist sehr gut(alles sehr reich) x eins zu setzen, aber der Narbe-Saft. Es war ein fabulöser Aufenthalt, ich empfehle es 100x100 ist xa zweifellos wiederholen. Danke x alle Noelia und anderes Team

We have been coming to Spain for over 27 years and during this time we have stayed in some good hotels and some where we have questioned the 5 star rating. Our tour of Northern Spain concluded with 2 nights in Palacio de Luces which is possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in across Spain. There has clearly been huge inves**ent across all areas. Our room was immaculate and the quality of furnishings surpassed many of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The views from the public areas are stunning,made more impressive by the floor to ceiling glass screens. We would normally dine out but having sampled the restaurant on our first night we rebooked for a second night. The food was superb and the staff all took real pride in delivering great service. Last but not least the spa area looks like it was built yesterday. It is immaculate, peaceful and a wonderful addition for guests tired after a day exploring the local towns which are very hilly! ( comfortable shoes are a must). Thank you to all the wonderful staff. Your hotel is an absolute gem which we are delighted we stumbled upon.

Absolut unzuverlässig - besser woanders übernachten! Ich hatte ein Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Zwei Tage vor der Anreise (unfairerweise nach der Stornierungsfrist! ) teilt mir das Hotel mit, dass ich auf ein anderes Hotel zum gleichen Preis umgebucht worden sei. Das Soho Boutique Hotel sei geschlossen ”because of a breakdown beyond our control”. Problem Nummer 1 ist, dass das neue Hotel (Magistral Exe) bei *********** wesentlich billiger war als das Soho Boutique. Man versuchte also, mich auf ein Billighotel umzubuchen und die teure Rate des Soho Boutique zu berechnen. Das ist einfach nur Betrug, sonst nichts. Ich habe den Vorfall an *********** gemeldet und freundlicherweise wurde meine Buchung storniert. Ich bin dann in das NH Hotel direkt daneben gegangen. Es ist super hat 4 Sterne, und ist nicht wirklich teurer. Problem Nummer 2: Natürlich bin ich dann in das Soho Boutique Hotel gegangen um zu schauen, ob es wirklich geschlossen ist. Es war alles eine Lüge. Das Hotel ist geöffnet und die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat mir erzählt, dass man mich umgebucht habe, weil ich eine sehr günstige Rate hatte und das Hotel ein Zimmer benötigt hätte (um es für eine teurere Rate zu vermieten). Wer eine sichere, verlässliche Unterkunft sucht und nicht betrogen werden will sollte dort nicht übernachten. Es ist eine Schande!

Nicht der Schuld des Hotels, aber es gibt Bauarbeiten, die gerade außerhalb des Hotels stattfinden. Es gibt einen industriellen Jack-Hammer, der ständig die ganze Zeit stattfindet. Es ist unmöglich, sich zu entspannen, wie es um 8 Uhr beginnt bis spät. Neben den Bauarbeiten befindet sich das Hotel jedoch in einer riesigen Umlauf-/Intersektion mit Verkehrsbahnen und Autos, die ständig durchlaufen, beeingehören Horn und viel allgemeiner Lärm. Ich bin so überrascht, dass ich keine weiteren Bewertungen über den Lärm gelesen habe, aber vielleicht haben andere Gäste im Rücken des Hotels geblieben, wo es vielleicht ruhiger sein könnte. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und mit dem übermäßigen Lärm außerhalb kann man kein Fenster öffnen, so dass es sehr warm ist die ganze Zeit. Die Wohnung selbst ist insgesamt relativ sauber, aber sehr datiert, leicht mutig, kein Kettle in der Küche, WiFi nicht groß. Danke, wir gehen heute!

Ausgezeichnete Aufenthalt im Hotel. Zwei Viertel vom Busbahnhof, auch nur wenige Viertel vom Zentrum entfernt zu gehen oder etwas zu trinken. Super sauberes Zimmer und der sehr freundliche und freundliche Empfangsmann.
