Not the fault of the hotel but there are construction works going on right outside the hotel at the moment. There is an industrial jack-hammer going on constantly the whole time. It is impossible to relax as it starts at 8am until late. Apart from the construction works though, the hotel is located at a huge roundabout/intersection with traffic lanes and cars passing through constantly, beeping horns and a lot of general noise. I am so surprised that I have not read other reviews about the noise but perhaps other guests have stayed at the back of the hotel where it might be quieter. There is no air conditioning and with the excessive noise outside you cannot open a window so it is extremely warm the whole time. The apartment itself is overall relatively clean but very dated, slight musty smell, no kettle in the kitchen, wifi not great. Thankfully we leave today!

Very conveniently located -- I walked to and from the bus station, and most of the main attractions were also an easy walk away. There are also bus stops and a laundromat nearby, and restaurants beside and across it. The hotel is modern and had great (polite and understatedly nice) customer service. My room was cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Got two nights of good sleep on the bed, and the bathroom was clean and had all the comforts I needed.

Unser Zimmer im ersten Stock hatte wenig Beleuchtung und nahezu die Luft durch das Fenster. Es war sehr heiß in der Nacht, und die Luft funktionierte nicht gut und es war schrecklich, zwischen der Wärme und der Feuchtigkeit zu schlafen. Das Hotelpersonal von 10!!! Und das Frühstücksbuffet war alles sehr gut und viele Dinge zu wählen. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, weil es oben ein ruhiges Gebiet ist. Ich würde es wiederholen! 👌

Wir reservierten dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage nicht weit vom Fußballplatz Real Oviedo entfernt. Wir besuchten Oviedo zum Geburtstag meines Sohnes und gingen zum Fußballspiel. Das Zimmer war dreifach Deluxe Zimmer, das für die 3 von uns groß genug war. Das Badezimmer war groß und mehr als ausreichend. Dusche sehr leistungsfähig. Toiletten enthalten, einschließlich Zahnpasta und Zahnbürsten. Betten waren komfortabel und Wäscheschrank groß genug für das, was wir brauchten. Café im Hotel war schön und sehr vernünftig bezahlt. Personal im Kaffee und auf der Rezeption waren schön Downside - Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht im Zimmer und als ich an die Rezeption sprach, sagten sie, es sei angetrieben - es scheint, dass dies zentral kontrolliert ist und obwohl wir die Zimmertemperatur abgeschaltet haben 16 und wir wandten den Fan hoch, konnten wir nicht die Klimaanlage zu arbeiten, was bedeutete, dass das Zimmer zu heiß war und ich schlief etwa 8 Stunden über 3 Nächte wegen der Wärme. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass wir schockiert waren, um zu entdecken, dass es keine Tee- und Kaffeeanlagen im Zimmer gab - wir waren nie zu einem Hotel, das keine Tee- und Kaffeelieferungen gab und wir fanden das eine riesige Abstürze

I had a terrible experience in this so-called three stars hotel, the worst I ever had while travelling. Leaving aside the smell of the curtains, the humidity, the noise from outside, no reception at night, and other details, I want to tell you what happened to me there. I came to Europe for five weeks to visit different countries. A couple of cities with friends and others on my own, which was the case in Gijón. I had made a two-night reservation in Alda Pasaje but ended up leaving early because of what I would describe as a traumatic event. On the morning of the 20th, I was awakened by a knocking on my door. When I asked who it was, they answered me ”police”. Not understanding, I asked what happened and they told me to open the door unkindly. The door had no peephole so I couldn't see who was outside. When I opened the door, I found two men in private clothes, one of whom can only be identified with a badge. They asked me for my document and I gave them my passport. They asked me several questions about when and how I arrived in Spain, both checking the stamps on my passport. I asked them what happened but they didn't give me any explanation. Seeing that what I answered matched the seals, they left. It was a very unpleasant situation, I was alone and I didn't really know if they were the police or what was going on. No one from the hotel went up with them. When I went down to reception to ask for an explanation, the woman there downplayed it, telling me that it was normal for that to happen. I have travelled through Europe before and this is the third time I have come to Spain, and I have never experienced a similar situation, nor do I know anyone who has experienced something similar. I was so traumatized that I was not able to complete my stay. I didn’t feel safe there anymore. The hotel did not refund me anything, they did not even apologize. In fact, the lady acted offended and didn't even look at me when checking out. I believe that this hotel is not up to the standards of a three stars hotel. In this world, if you are a woman on your own 10.000 kms away from home, you can understand how scary can be that two men show up at your door without notice, without uniform and with no reason to be there, asking questions and not answering any. There are better places to stay than this one for sure, DO NOT STAY THERE!

Das Hotel ist großartig.. Sehr gut gelegen vor dem Strand von San Lorenzo. Das Personal hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert... Wir hatten ein kleines Problem bei der Reservierung und es wurde sofort behoben. Sehr saubere Installationen .. A 10

Hotel céntrico y cómodo, cercano al puente romano, en la plaza del pueblo, junto al Ayuntamiento. En la trasera hay un parking grande pero es de pago hasta el sábado al mediodía, aunque hay zonas cercanas para aparcar gratuitamente. El personal de recepción es agradable. La habitación muy amplia y decorada con gusto, parece renovada, un baño grande con ducha y bañera gigante. Las almohadas son cómodas y la cama grande pero en el centro había cómo una diferencia de altura, es posible que lo formaran 2 colchones de diferente grosor o 2 somieres con el ajuste de las patas diferentes. También dispone de un sofá que se convierte en cama. Las persianas tienen tecla de subida y bajada automática. Tv grande con muchos canales. En el baño, en la zona de espejos hay poca iluminación y es escasa para maquill**** o ver con nitidez la cara.... El desayuno variado con fruta, yogures, cafés e infusiones, zumo y bollería industrial pero sabroso y embutido. No hay huevos, ni bacon ni similar, pero está bien y es suficiente para salir desayunado del hotel. Si vuelvo por la zona repetiré. El hotel dispone de bar y restaurante, que tiene buena pinta, con terraza, y se ve frecuentado por los lugareños.
