In short: noise from building itself kept me from sleeping. The aircon continued to blow out hot air in spite of being set to cold. The behaviour of staff ranged from unprofessional to rude. There was a constant, loud, low-pitch, pulsating humming-sound coming from the building itself (best guess is vibrations from ventilation systems). It kept me from sleeping. When I told the lady at reception that the aircon was blowing out hot air even on a low setting, she told me this wasn't possible and claimed the hotel doesn't have heating (it was uncomfortably hot and I was sweating). She was rude, which upset me. It turns out she was the only member of staff in the whole hotel during the night-shift (this is what she told me) and that nothing could be done. The way she spoke to me was really unpleasant. Even if there was nothing she could do, she still could have been polite. The communal areas are beautiful and the hotel has the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. However, my room was shabby, smelled bad and the bathroom had mold. It's what I'd expect from a 3-star hotel. The staff at reception couldn't figure out how to check me in because I'm a foreign national (but I'm fluent in Spanish so I got to listen to them talking as if I wasn't standing right in front of them) and just ignored me while struggling with their checking-in system. No acknowledgement or apology. To sum up: don't expect a 5-star service or experience. The 1-star rating is from being really upset by being spoken down to and from being kept from sleeping.

Nos hemos alojado en este hotel dos noches y todo ha sido positivo , menos cuando llegamos y solo había una persona en recepción para hacer el cheking. La habitación de buen tamaño , la limpieza estupenda , el desayuno muy variado , pero el zumo de naranja no era del todo natural yo creo que lo mezclan ... El hotel bien conservado , ya que fue un palacio en tiempos pasados ,la ubicación del hotel inmejorable en pleno centro y el personal muy atento. Hotel para repetir.

Personal es muy amable, el lugar idílico pero no tienen la capacidad de abastecer los productos que ofrecen para todos los comensales o no saben distribuirlos equitativamente. Nuestra mesa finalizo con los postres pero llego al centro donde estaban ubicados y no había nada . Una parte importante de un bruch son los postres y después de pedir algo dulce y esperar tiempo nos colocaron una tarta por decir algo. Es una pena, fue un final poco deseado.

Me parece bien una magnífica opción ya que las instalaciones están muy bien y la ubicación es perfecta en el centro de la ciudad aparte de los standard de calidad y el personal Las habitaciones tienen excelente vistas y los servicios gastronómicos perfectos

Hotel señorial en lo que parece un antiguo castillo o similar. Encontrarás todas las comodidades de un cinco estrellas y modernizado por dentro para que no quede al azar el mínimo detalle. Personal muy amable. Estancia fantástica. Volveremos.

El edificio es muy bonito pero nada práctico ni cómodo. La calefacción no funciona correctamente, hace mucho ruido y no calienta nada. Las sábanas y ropa de cama no se cambian no suficiente y no abrigan lo necesario como para compensar el fallo de la calefacción. Las almohadas realmente incómodas e inservibles son como dormir sin nada. La distribución de los enchufes no es nada práctica para poder cargar el teléfono. Para colmo es ruidoso y se oyen las habitaciones colindantes y el pasillo como si fueran parte de la habitación. Un hotel donde solo se premia la estética y donde la comodidad brilla por su ausencia.
