Súper bien servicio, sobre todo porque tienen recepción 24 horas, lo cual es genial porque algunos vuelos tienen horas curiosas para los check-in. Además, el día que llegue (sobre las 23:30) me prepararon un panini porque no había nada abierto para comer. Está a un paseito andando al centro, y si llevas coche, hay mucho aparcamiento. Repetiría sin duda :)

The hotel is quite adequate, that is, if you are there for sightseeing. No frills, the basics and it works nicely. But, well, the evening staff at the bar/restaurant (2, 20 somethings--males) have some major educating on restaurant service. The first night our bill was missing the wine on our bill---and as a former manager, I immediately brought this to his attention. He and his coworker thought this to be quite funny---not knowing enough Spanish, I didn't quite know what they were saying to each other, but he re-did the receipt to include them. The second night my husband and brother-in-laws meals were not included on the receipt. Also, at one point we wanted to order more drinks, and our table cleared, and waited and waited and waited, finally from where we were sitting, I stood up only to see the two coworkers fully engrossed in a fashion website on the computer! Got his attention after quite a bit---he brought the drinks but our table (both nights) never got cleared before we left. We were pleasant and smiled through both nights thinking it might make a difference, sadly not. We observed others there and their treatment was also the same. I wouldn't want him and his coworker to lose their jobs, but, some MAJOR training in customer service needs to be done. If it wasn't for the restaurant snafu, We would have given this place a solid 4 stars. But, because of the restaurant service issues ONLY, we will only give it a 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Es ist ein Hotel mit zwei Sternen, das nichts zu erleuchten behauptet; er erfüllt seine Aufgabe, wenn Sie nach Oviedo gehen, um ein paar Tage Tourismus zu verbringen. 12 Minuten zu Fuß von der Kathedrale und dem alten Hügel der Hauptstadt, was ein Vorteil ist, weil nicht in der Mitte des Touristensports. Hemos estado alojados de sábado a domingo. En la habitación sólo estuvimos a la hora de ir a dormir sobre la 1.30 de la mañana, momento en el que percibimos un fuerte olor a tabaco que provenía tanto de almohadas como de sábanas, así como una mancha de ceniza en la sábana bajera. Por la mañana le comunico el problema a la chica de recepción, que me dice que tendríamos que haber dicho algo a la 1.30 de la mañana y se nos habría cambiado de habitación, a lo que yo contesté que desconocía que eso se podía hacer a esas horas intempestivas. Al lo haber ningún responsable la única solución es no cobrar el parking, y me dicen que si mando la foto de la sábana alguien se pondrá en contacto conmigo para darme una solución a mayores. Nadie se pone en contacto y vuelvo a insistir y la respuesta que se me da por parte de gerencia es que no hay solución que dar ya. Hemos pagado por una habitación que no estaba en condiciones. Vaya servicio de limpieza. Y vaya forma de dejar contentos a los clientes. Ya sé a dónde no volveremos cuando vayamos a Oviedo. Tampoco al sercotel ciudad de Oviedo, que es lo mismo.

Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage. Die Position und Bewertung sind sehr gut und die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich ein kleines Problem hatte, lösten sie es schnell und stellten sicher, dass ich vollkommen zufrieden war.

Ausgezeichnete Aufenthalt im Hotel. Zwei Viertel vom Busbahnhof, auch nur wenige Viertel vom Zentrum entfernt zu gehen oder etwas zu trinken. Super sauberes Zimmer und der sehr freundliche und freundliche Empfangsmann.

Das Barcelo war wie gewohnt eine Übernachtung wert. Der Standard der Barcello Hotels ist immer einwandfrei und man wird nicht enttäuscht, es ist immer stylisch, sauber und modern. Am Hotel ist ein öffentliches Parkhaus angeschlossen dieses ist jedoch relativ eng. 24 Stunden kosten 18 €. Die Stadt hat einiges zu bieten. Das Hotel ist in bester Lage, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Altstadt ist überschaubar und in zwei Tagen gut zu erkunden. Muchas gracias.

Wir reservierten dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage nicht weit vom Fußballplatz Real Oviedo entfernt. Wir besuchten Oviedo zum Geburtstag meines Sohnes und gingen zum Fußballspiel. Das Zimmer war dreifach Deluxe Zimmer, das für die 3 von uns groß genug war. Das Badezimmer war groß und mehr als ausreichend. Dusche sehr leistungsfähig. Toiletten enthalten, einschließlich Zahnpasta und Zahnbürsten. Betten waren komfortabel und Wäscheschrank groß genug für das, was wir brauchten. Café im Hotel war schön und sehr vernünftig bezahlt. Personal im Kaffee und auf der Rezeption waren schön Downside - Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht im Zimmer und als ich an die Rezeption sprach, sagten sie, es sei angetrieben - es scheint, dass dies zentral kontrolliert ist und obwohl wir die Zimmertemperatur abgeschaltet haben 16 und wir wandten den Fan hoch, konnten wir nicht die Klimaanlage zu arbeiten, was bedeutete, dass das Zimmer zu heiß war und ich schlief etwa 8 Stunden über 3 Nächte wegen der Wärme. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass wir schockiert waren, um zu entdecken, dass es keine Tee- und Kaffeeanlagen im Zimmer gab - wir waren nie zu einem Hotel, das keine Tee- und Kaffeelieferungen gab und wir fanden das eine riesige Abstürze

Spain is a gorgeous country. The people warm and friendly, the sights entrancing, the food unsurpassed. We have been to Spain twice, once in October 2016 pre-pandemic and once in October 2022. During both trips we had the absolute pleasure of staying at La Zoreda. Each time we had an exceptionally warm welcome from the front desk. Massimo and Stephanie made us feel like returning friends. They were warm and engaging speaking perfect English to our hesitant Spanish. The rooms are first class. They are spacious, beautifully appointed and impart a feeling of tranquility the moment you enter. At night the windows open to a breathless silence with just a hint of breeze ruffling the silk curtains making the beautiful embroidered butterflies dance and lulling you into dreamland. The breakfast is excellent, with gorgeous food shared in a wonderful room overlooking the back garden. I particularly like the warm milk they bring for your café con leche. But I save the very best for last. The dining room is outstanding and favorably compares to the best we have enjoyed across several continents. The first night we dined there we ordered off the extensive menu and had a memorable meal. For our second night, we booked the chef's choice special menu and were not disappointed. Not only did he design the menu, but it was printed out with each of the seven courses. It was heaven! The octopus was exquisite, a true taste sensation; the cream of garlic soup smooth, flavorful, each mouthful sensational; the pork perfectly roasted with the outside crackling with flavour. The dessert an eruption of exquisitely blended sensations of fruit and chocolate. Javier was the consummate host leading us through each course matching cocktails and wine with each course. Stephanie to our surprise and delight, provided a glass of champagne to kick off the entire evening. Although the setting is exquisite, it is the staff, the chef, Massimo, Stephanie and Javier who truly make this an unforgettable experience. If you are planning on a trip to Spain, La Zoreda is a destination that must not be missed. We were looking for golf courses and comfort- instead we found a home away from home and a lifetime of memories. We will make a point of returning.

I was only planning on staying one night, I ended up staying for three! My room was so comfortable and peaceful, and it had the most gorgeous view of the water and the castle. It is located near stunning beaches, lovely nature, and the incredible beauty of Northern Spain. I loved my stay here and I look forward to returning one day soon!
