Villas at Snowmass Club

We booked this location thinking we would be spending most of our time in Aspen. There was a lot going on in Aspen this weekend and traffic was horrible. So we actually enjoyed spending most of our time at the Villas. Our kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make meals in our Villa.

It's a very special unit. I felt so comfortable and happy staying there.The fitness center is one of the best ever!

I love the Snowmass club and this accommodation made it very convenient. It was nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable. In fact the whole accommodation was very comfortable but not quite the “high end’ I thought I was booking. However everything was in good condition and worked. The managers were very nice people and the visitor centre looked great. There was a powerful ceiling fan for hotter days

We are a family with young kids. First of all, the front desk was very professional and welcoming, and the Snowmass Club is just as nice as all the reviews have said. The unit doesn’t come with washer dryer despite being a premier 2 bed unit. The main issue is with the hotel shuttle - the so called included service is very user unfriendly because every time we called we were told that they didn’t have enough drivers and we were better off going down the busy public road to take the town shuttle. We had to eventually asserted that we had to use the hotel shuttle because the icy road conditions were dangerous for kids to walk on. We have a few more days here. Will report back if things improve.

Divine setting, easy access to Snowmass mountain, and the Snowmass Club with spa, pool, sauna, steam room, yoga and fitness classes and facilities, music at the Snowmass Club restaurant and excellent food. Units have plenty of room, fireplace, views, equipped kitchen. We love it here and come back every year!

This is our second visit to the Villas. We love the amenities at the Snowmass Club—fitness classes, jacuzzi, luxurious lounge facilities, kids’ game room. We are staying in Unit 1635 this visit at the Villas at Snowmass. We rebooked the Villas after a wonderful stay in March 2023 due in large part to the amenities at the Snowmass Club. We are so disappointed in our second stay at the Hyatt Snowmass Villas. We rebooked for a stay over the Christmas holidays and are paying over $800 a night for a 2 BR “luxury” condo with no washer/dryer. There is a tiny laundry room in the dingy basement with archaic stacked machines that require a dozen quarters and there is no change machine. My family is wearing dirty clothes on our 4th day so I am forced to stay behind today to find change and do laundry somewhere. Very very disappointing. The registration lounge is also out of coffee (only decaf available) and hot cocoa. And when we walked into our condo, there was a cleaner chilling on the balcony on his phone. It was an odd start to our visit. We talked to the very nice Nicolas at the front desk (he is very professional and pleasant). Apparently only some of the units have W/D and we lucked out in March, but the Villas are at full capacity this week so we got the short end of the stick despite making this reservation 9 months ago. My holiday ski vacation ending with a mountain of laundry to deal with results in a 2 star review (1 star for this stay and 4.5 for March).
