"Enjoyed our brief stay here. Came in from China in the morning, but check-in was at 3:30pm. Phoned in advance for earlier check-in and accommodated us, so could have a quick shower and get to the races for 3pm. Distance is not far for walking as long as you have suitable footwear (15 minutes). Breakfast very nice, good range and Trisha was good waitress. Reception booked a taxi back to the train station in advance and came on time as planned."

"We arrived at the hotel after 10pm having drove from London, it was my seven year old daughter and I. On check in we weren’t given any sort of induction and just given our room key. Our room was spacious, but had a few carpet stains and smelled musty. We had asked for a quiet room but was placed next to a conference room on a main thoroughfare. We also had a courtyard at the back of our room with people drinking and smoking of an evening. We had to ask for a pass for the pool which wasn’t provided at check in. Breakfast was okay but not as good as The Holiday Inn and other than Tony the staff were miserable. On checking out I spoke to the manager about the noisey room and he offered a free nights stay. I worked at the hotel 1998-2001 and it has been upgraded since and is fairly nice. However noisey rooms is the main issue."

"We stayed here the night before creamfeilds I will start with the good points .. Staff 10/10 so helpful and very good customer services skills.. cleanliness was top notch, the breakfast was plentiful, the mattress in the bed room was actually one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I have stayed on and I was thinking we would get a lovely nights rest before our festival but on to the bad points. we had the worst nights sleep of our lives our room was facing the road. Now this road is busy throughout the whole of the night. It is non stop, you can hear every car, every lorry, every motor bike, every horn every engine zooming past all throughout the whole night ! We barely slept a wink !! We was shattered the next day. We told the staff the manager said to go through the app we booked on and we can get 20% back as they would of gave us a free breakfast for our trouble but we had already bought one . The manager and receptionist were so lovely. They do know this is an issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to resolve this issue as it’s not just us who have complained about this .. and unfortunately I would not stay here again until the issue is resolved and they got the triple glazing windows to reduce noise otherwise I would much rather book another hotel without the noise issues so I could get a good nights rest .."

"Very convenient for motorway. Super easy check in with very friendly and polite staff member. Beds were super comfy. Parking no problem. Staff at Brewers Fayre really friendly, polite and diligent. Tables were cleared and nothing too much trouble. Refreshing to be spoken to in such a polite and friendly manner. The hotel itself could probably do with a lick of paint. There was patch of mould in the bathroom. We only stayed one night as attending a birthday party but it served its purpose well!"

"Wie gut sind die Uhren: das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, nahe der Station ist bequem Vieles ist nicht gut: 1. Sehr hässlich! Jede Nacht hören Sie die unten stehenden Leute, die den Tisch zu trinken und um zwölf Uhr abzuschneiden!! Hier in der Nähe der Straße ist auch ein Auto sehr heiß. Das Hotel hat keine Gäste, warum wir nicht ein wenig höher und ruhiger Zimmer geben können. Ich habe immer noch einen Ohrring mit der Nacht wach. 2. Die Mitarbeiter haben es praktisch nicht gesehen, und sie sind nicht immer da, wenn sie über die Rezeption gehen. Während des Aufenthalts haben wir nicht gesagt, wo das Frühstück ist. 3. Die erste Nacht ist direkt mit dem Hotel reserviert, die zweite Nacht Trip.com. Der kleine Bruder sagte, dass die Zimmertyp zwei Nächte nicht gleich sind, aber am nächsten Tag hätten sie keine anderen Gäste in dem Zimmer bleiben können, das wir nur in der ersten Nacht haben können. Als wir am nächsten Tag zu bestätigen kamen, sagten sie, dass wir heute noch wohnen sollten. Wir hatten ein paar Minuten, um zu warten, und sagten, dass wir 20 Pfund zahlen sollten, um das vorherige Zimmer zu bekommen. 4. Das Hotel hat keinen Schlauch, der Preis ist ein 45-Sterne-Hotel, der Preis ist relativ niedrig Insgesamt ist es das Gefühl, dass Hotels mehr daran interessiert sind, ihre Restaurants und Bars zu betreiben und auf die Gästezimmer zu verzichten."
