The room was huge but not very clean dirty comforter the floor was very dirty and the smell in the room was not pleasant will probably not stay at this hotel again

如果打算去阿什維爾旅行的話， 這一間酒店是一間可取的酒店， 這間酒店和其他酒店一樣，入住時間為三點， 但由於到步的時候，距離規定入住時間還有頗大距離， 但經歷了二十四小時的飛行時間，真的是十分疲倦， Check-in的時候，當前台服務員知道經歷了長時間飛行，二話不說便立即替我們安排房間， 好讓可以好好休息及梳洗，並提供附近遊玩好去處， 絕對是喜出望外！

酒店房間很寬敞，很乾凈，定的房間有廚房，冰箱很大，有洗碗機，鍋碗瓢盆和餐具都很齊全，早餐沒什麼選擇，但味道還行

So many good things to say about this hotel: Big rooms Very clean Great gym - with dumbbells , kettle bells, resistance bands Breakfast included toast, Waffle maker, eggs and bacon Had favored coffee creamer The hotel is located right along a big highway and our room faces the highway but the hotel had included a white noise machine, which we didn’t even need. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a lot to offer. Location is great. Directly off major highways. I was assigned a two queen studio room, which was well appointed. Breakfast was good with make your own waffle set up, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, apples and oranges. We had different hot foods each day. Biscuits with sausage gravy one day. Cheese omelette the next. What makes this hotel distinct from others is the caring staff. My mother had a mishap and the staff including Katelin showed their sincere care for her. I’m greatly appreciative of the care they took of her. All in all I would not hesitate staying at the hotel again.

Very nice hotel close to Asheville. I stayed at this property while out exploring waterfalls in western North Carolina. Erica at the front desk was very hospitable and an amazing woman. She greeted me by name anytime she saw me throughout the weekend. The hotel is very clean with a nice fitness center and pool. The continental breakfast was as expected enough to start the day.

I stayed here 2 weeks for business. Nice and relatively quiet. The hotel employees were great and really treat you like family. They had some internet/tv issues while I was there (not the fault of the hotel) and they handled it great. I would absolutely stay there again👍 It wasn’t 5 stars because the pool was closed and the breakfast was very basic. Still, an overall nice stay.
