The room was clean and I had all the space needed. The guest attendant I spoke to was pleasant. I would recommend to anyone who needs an affordable place to stay with nice people and a clean space. I will definitely have to revisit as my stay was not nearly long enough.

Traveled in May for my son’s graduation and stayed at the Tunnel Rd location. Love that this is tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to have easy access to the action that Asheville had to offer. Staffing had superb customer service while assisting everyone in our party. Nick and Lesha made sure that everyone was settled in and confirmed that all accommodations were met. Rooms were clean and fresh. Safety was not an issue due to the doors being only key accessible. Would highly recommend checking these great people out when in the area

Clean Rooms, and the staff is the best. Leesha, Nick, and Deborah go out of their way to make your stay a good one. Housekeeping is very accommodating. Very central to all Asheville has to see and do. Definitely will stay again when in Asheville.

Front desk lady told me she doesn't feel like making a room reservation for a walk in so she just tells customers there are no rooms available. Very sick employees. I believe the owner fully needs to be aware of how their employees simply doesn't care about their hotel. Period

Rooms are beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly especially the front desk clerk. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Ashville. They have everything you need and then some. Hopefully I can make it up for breakfast in the morning.

Staff is nice and friendly. Location is close to everything. Good parking. Rooms are clean and they have a stove top in the rooms and a fridge so you can cook if your staying so no need to waste money on take out unless you want to.

I stayed at ESA from January 23 to April 23. The front desk people were very nice to me. In the morning when I was going to work Alisha and Deborah would tell me "Have a great day". That pick me up and make my morning happy. When I came back in the evenings there was either Jim, John , or Nicholas working and they would greet me with a smile and ask how my day was. Heck Mark whom works there was very pleasant to talk too. In fact the whole staff was wonderful to me during my stay. I think that these greetings would make anyone smile and love where they are staying. Housekeeping was very nice too. They were always polite and courteous to me. My room I stayed in was also perfect too. If I ever go to any ESA anywhere I hope they are as nice to me as the men and women whom work at the Kennilworth Knoll and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Thank you guys you all were very wonderful and do your jobs well.

Any possible improvements I could suggest for this property are FAR outweighed by the **exceptional** cleanliness, courtesy, and customer service I encountered. Good, quiet location that is tucked back away from main road but is still very close to downtown area. Definitely recommend.
