The Grand Asansol

Totally is really collapse of maintenance. No matter staffs are good, food is good, but bath room stinking ( drain smell erupting when bathing and brushing it is disgusting.

It's too far from the required destination that is is p sail plant. And people mostly visit sail only for the city asansol.

Neat and clean hotel room, dinning hall and the lounge. Staffs are well behaved and prompt. Billing is quick. Housekeeping and dinning response is quick. Cab is also available with the hotel. Rooms charges are also optimum. It's stay is price worthy. Food rates are also at reasonable price. All together the stay is economical. Whatever is expected from a good hotel, all the facilities are available. Room services are good. Daily newspaper delivery in room is also an added advantage to get aware of the world. Distance from railway station is only 3 km. The hotel is located on main road, so transport is available at door step.

Well maintained hotel. Food is good. Location is easily accessible. Have ample car parking facility. Previous pictures were wrong. I am sending fresh pictures

I stayed at hotel grand last saturday and had a mixed experience. Here are my thoughts: location: the location of the hotel is good, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. It’s situated in ushagram, a convenient and vibrant area. Food: the food at the hotel was good. However, the breakfast was a significant disappointment. It was unsatisfactory and not up to the mark, lacking in quality and variety. This aspect of the hotel definitely needs improvement to meet guests' expectations. Services: the services provided by the hotel staff were as per standard. The staff were professional and met the basic expectations, but there was nothing particularly outstanding. Amenities: the amenities at hotel were also up to the mark. The room facilities and other common areas were well-maintained and satisfactory, providing a comfortable environment. Pool (a huge disappointment) : the most disappointing aspect of the stay was the condition of the pool. The primary reason for choosing hotel grand was the pool, but it was found to be in an unhygienic state with unclean water. This was a major letdown and significantly impacted the overall experience. While hotel grand has its positives in terms of location and food, the unsatisfactory breakfast and the poor condition of the pool overshadow these aspects. Given the importance of a clean and enjoyable pool experience, i would not choose this hotel in the future.
