Art Hotel Asahikawa Bewertungen

The hotel is good but there are 2 car parks. One is at the hotel building one is 2 blocks away. Staff is with language barrier. He asked us to park at the carpark 2 blocks away and we asked if we could park at hotel, he didn’t answer and kept saying we should park farther carpark. We asked reception at hotel and she said there is height restriction at hotel carpark but our car didn’t seem to be over the limit.

Value for money with good buffet breakfast. Our triple room is "large" enough for us to open all our luggage

We have a lot of luggages n nobody help us, we booked 2 rooms n car park was away from the hotel

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread is good and comes with a good view.

Very nice and good hotel. Value for money. Near to restaurants and convenience stores.

The room is clean and tidy, and the overall situation is very good.

The hotel is huge with many tourists.There were queues at the front desk and for the elevators. The hotel is located in the city center of Asahikawa. There are restaurants and gift shops inside the hotel. The hotel provides parking with fees.

Only reached late at night and left early the next morning, so didn’t really get to enjoy my stay there. But love the lamb barbecue shop nearby, if go during dinner time, there’s a long queue.

Very old hotel. Had given a smoking room and the cigarette smell lasted the whole night. Feeling very scary at night.

The Room very smelly and requested to changed another room, but the staff very unfriendly.

Location was good. We drove a MPV and had to park in the private carpark wha two minutes walk away. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

Cool connecting rooms that kids love. Love the space and enough toilets for us.

Hotel is old and undated. Will not recommend though.

I think it's an old hotel, but it seemed recently refurbished. Hence, the room is modern! Though the room comes standard with a triple-double, it could comfortably accommodate another bed for 4 persons. The bathroom is spacious.
