前台小夥服務很周到，但是其他人稍微差一些
想要個瓶裝水要了好久才送到

Stayed at Malkia trees Lodge for 1 day. We ate a very good traditional African buffet. It was very good services, and the employees was very welcoming. The place was very clean. And the pool area was very nice. The pool had a nice temperature. Also the Wi-Fi was very good. Would definitely come back some day.

We really enjoyed our stay Malkia Trees Lodge in Arusha! Conveniently located with easy access to attractions, the lodge offers comfortable accommodations at a great value. The staff is friendly and well-connected, organizing trips seamlessly. It has bar were you can order cool drinks or coffee. It also has a restaurant were we especially enjoyed our rich and tasteful breakfast. Highly recommended for a memorable and affordable stay in Arusha! We are looking forward to be back very soon.

Neema was brilliant the ambiance was beautiful. The rooms and food was so nice I would wanna check out. This is a place to be and the rate is very affordable. Hongera malaika and it’s a dream come true for less than $70 for a nice bed and breakfast

The staff was very welcoming on our late arrival. Our room was clean and quiet. The grounds are amazing "jungle lush' with lots bird song. The staff were very attentive and willing to help us with all of our needs. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Unfortunately we had to leave on short notice but Albert secured us a ride and did everything possible to aid us. We would stay there again. Great people!

Highly recommend this lodge!! My grandmother and I were in Arusha for 8 days, and spent most of our nights at Malkia. The staff was so wonderful - Albert and Neema were the ones I spoke to the most and they were kind and so accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the food was delicious. Everything is made fresh to order, and the chef was so kind and helpful as well! A good example is that we left very early for safari and for the airport, and even though it was before their breakfast hours started, we were always sent off with breakfast to go, full of hot fresh food and it was always delicious!

The moment you walk into the premises, you feel right in the middle of a beautiful haven. Beautiful greenery everywhere, making you feel like you're so far away from the city life. The rooms are clean and well furnished. But best of all is the food and service. Albert is the warmest, friendliest and most helpful person. He made us feel like guests of honor and is very knowledgeable and kind. Naomi's cooking skills are bomb! No words can describe the wonderful experience we had. I highly recommend anyone to stay here while in Arusha.

There is no better place to stay than here in Arusha. It has EVERYTHING anyone would ever wish to have whether on business, pleasure, solo or with a family. Firstly ALL the staff are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. They will help you with all your needs. Albert is always available to assist you with anything and does so in an extremely efficient and charming way. My breakfast was fabulous everyday and my room cleaned to perfection. The shower is hot, the bed is comfortable and the room was big. The hotel grounds are kept in beautiful condition and the pool was great to use. Malkia is conveniently located 10 minutes by car outside the town. Its an oasis of tranquility and is heavenly. Mr. Honest, the owner is a wonderful man and thank you for the great 2hr breakfast chat we shared. I would recommend Malkia Trees Lodge to everyone. From which ever nation in the world you come from, Malkia will offer you a great time and beautiful memories. Can't wait to return.

We stayed here one night while we were in Arusha. We came back from a long day of hiking Mt Kilimanjaro and did not check in until 10pm. The staff was able to accommodate us and we were still able to have our dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant had such a good vibe being enveloped in trees which makes you feel like you’re tucked in a forest. The rooms are a little outdated and could use some remodeling, but since we were only staying one night, it’s not a problem. The main guy who helped us, Albert, was very nice and attentive. Thank you!
