沒有熱水壺，一樓大廳是有熱水壺的可以燒水。其他的沒有什麼很簡單的一個小賓館。還是挺乾淨的。就是太小了。

I can’t believe we had to stay here because we were very knackered from our long journey. Me and my partner were happy to see that we found somewhere that has space and were open at 6am, however the condition of the room was TERRIBLE! The lady told us the light doesn’t turn on, we were so tired that we weren’t even worried about the light. But as we were trying to get to the room we stayed in, number 24, we realised the basement floor smelt of nothing but SEWAGE!! When we entered our room the smell was unbearable, never smelt such thing. We were trying to force ourselves to sleep, worst night ever! Tried to speak to someone in the reception, the lady wasn’t even there? So called budget hotel but they charged us 55 euros for this horrendous experience. Don’t recommend for anyone!

Hotel nello standard della catena, pulito, personale gentile e disponibile, un po' difficile da raggiungere ma non troppo distante da Bilbao per la quale è una buona alternativa economica per il pernottamento. Parcheggio gratuito di fronte all'ingresso.

Les prestations étaient très correctes pour un hôtel de cet catégorie. Il est très éloigné de Bilbao mais accessible en transports en commun. Les chambres sont aussi confortables que possible : petites sans rangements mais la literie est bonne. La salle de petit déjeuner est trop petite pour accueillir tout le monde. Il faut manger en décalé si on veut manger à plusieurs. Le seul bémol la télévision qui s'allume à 4h du matin sans raison.

Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel IBIS BUDGET il y a 15 ans. 15 ans après il est toujours bien entretenu et toujours aussi propre. On n'est jamais déçu dans les hôtels IBIS. Tout fonctionnait bien, la wifi, les douches. Un membre du personnel parlait français.

Buena localización cerca de Bilbao, y con muy buen acceso a la carretera. En un polígono. Excelente atención de los empleados. Habitación amplia. Buena disponibilidad para el aparcamiento. Tranquilidad durante la noche. No opte por la opción del desayuno. Precio bastante razonable.

Fui por trabajo a Bilbao y fue una grata experiencia. Una gran opción calidad precio. Confortable y los empleados son amables y hacen que la experiencia de tener que dormir regularmente fuera sea lo más cómoda posible.

Perfecto para salir a descubrir la zona y cumple con todo lo que se espera de un lugar como tal. El trato del personal es excelente y el precio es la mejor ventaja del hotel. Nos dieron toda la información que necesitábamos de la zona para sacarle todo el partido.
