La Concha Boutique Apartments - Adults Only

These apartments are the perfect place to unwind and relax. We had a beach facing room on the ground floor, complete with hot tub in a decent size private garden. A gate took you straight out onto the footpath and then directly onto the beach. We looked at 3 separate apartments and they are all decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Kitchen/living area had everything you needed, good size bedroom with plenty of storage. And then a good sized bathroom with walk in shower. The area itself is quiet with few bars / shops close by. But 10 mins by car takes you to Teguise on the north and Puerto Del Carmen south, The staff were excellent, low key, but nothing was too much trouble and any small niggles with the apartment were fixed immediately. A birthday cake / wine & balloons on arrival for my wife was a lovely touch. As others have said, this is not the place if you are looking for the buzz and nightlife of a resort, but perfect for some relaxing winter sun. Thanks to all the staff for everything you did - it was really appreciated! Would definitely recommend and would go back in the morning!

If you are looking for late bars and night life look away now. La Concha is an oasis of peace and quiet, actually very quiet. The apartments are spotless with a daily service by pleasant and friendly housekeeping staff. Beds are very comfortable and the apartment has pretty much everything you would need. The receptionist, I don't have her name was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for us, only a few metres to the beach and 5 mins walk from shops and 10 to some decent restaurants.

We have stayed this serviced apartment three times. Definitely our favourite accommodation in Lanzarote. We always stay beachfront room. This room has access to beach promenade which really convenient, go to beach, walk, shopping, etc. Also all staff members are friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is located by the beach and very close to the shopping center, it is really handy.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday by the beach then look no further. The location is perfect and we chose the room with beach access which means you step out of the gate only a little sidewalk separates the gate from the sand. The beach located out front is very spacious and doesn’t actually get very busy at all, I have been in October and also August and both times it was maybe a max of 20 people spread across the wide beach space. We rented apartment 15 and while there are screens on the top part of the terrace walls that provide some cover from passersby looking into the terrace, this particular appartamento was not overly private. For anyone wanting more privacy and also getting more of a view I would recommend the apartment above, is a matter of choice, easy access to beach or view and privacy. The apartments are spotlessly clean and kept so by the most friendly staff. Super service all around, the hotel experienced a major power cut while we were there which was handled incredibly professionally and swiftly. Was my second time in this hotel and there will undoubtedly be a 3rd time. Supermarket is only a 5 min walk away and a few very good restaurants too. I highly recommend Musso (by far the best Italian food I’ve had on the island) and Emmax (good food, great service and romantic location)

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. Incredible attention to detail, clean and friendly staff. Perfect for relaxation. Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi. Easy walking distance to shopping centre and some lovely restaurants on the seafront promenade. Sampled some delicious tapas and had Sangria.
