Wir sind fünf Wochen in Spanien und Portugal reisen und das ist das erste Hotel, das wir nicht geliebt haben. Die Lage ist gut...wir gingen zum und von der Bushaltestelle. Das Frühstück war wirklich lecker, aber es war 8.5 Euros jeweils auf der oberen Zimmer in den meisten anderen portugiesischen Hotels, wir hatten Frühstück für ähnliche Preis enthalten. Wir haben unser Zimmer einfach nicht geliebt. Ich denke vielleicht noch nicht aktualisiert. Selbst mit Klimaanlage in der ganzen Zeit, er ist nur bis zu 24 Grad gesunken. Für uns waren die Matratzen auf dem oberen Bettrahmen halten aus und die Kissen waren wirklich groß und unbehaglich. Es war auch 40 Grad dort und es gab kein Eis im Hotel und kein Kühlschrank in unserem Zimmer, um unsere Wasserflaschen zu kühlen. Wir kauften endlich Wasser in Kunststoffflaschen, die wir nicht tun hassen.

I am very disappointed. This hotel is not designed for couples and families but for mass tourist transit, and it is not all clean or welcoming. Our first night had five busloads of tourists, and everything was designed for quantity rather than quality. The coffee at breakfast could be better, a very bottom-range robusta bean. I had to order a pay-for coffee from the bar, which was only marginally better as I could not stand the bitterness of the breakfast coffee. The buffet breakfast is unappetising, the pancakes dry, the butter still frozen, little choice, etc. As for the rooms. There is no hot water jug nor spoon for me to prepare my carioca de lemaõ, which I drink for my health. Only water bottles were available at a hefty price. The beds were made the Asian way: no upper sheet, just a very thin duvet with a cover and while it is acceptable to some, it was a novelty to me. There were hygiene issues; the dispensers of hand sanitiser were all empty. The sauna and indoor pool shower areas stank of urine. (the hotel reception told us it was probably a faulty canalisation… but the toilets are a floor below the sauna, and maintenance should have closed the area for repairs!!!) The jacuzzi had vert de gris algae growth over its vents, people were wearing outdoor shoes around the indoor pool area, judging from looking at the dirt on the ground tiles, and no one supervised guests for safety or hygiene. It was so dirty. After that, I did not enter the pool for fear of catching something. It was a very frustrating experience, considering I chose to stay in that hotel for its indoor pool and sauna. Having worked and stayed in hotels worldwide, I thought I knew well what quality standard to expect from a 4-star hotel!!!!! I am fast revising my beliefs and expectations downward, as far as Evora Hotel is concerned!!!

O hotel tem um conceito diferente do habitual! Com suites individuais, como se fossem iglos, dá a sensação de estarmos isolados de todos os outros hóspedes! É bastante reservado e óptimo para uma dias de descanso e namoro! Foi o nosso aniversário de casamento e foram incríveis ao prepararem a suite com um miminho para nós! Mas também muito familiar (estavam muitas famílias alojadas com crianças). Ótimo pequeno almoço e staff muito simpático! Gostámos bastante e iremos voltar com os nossos filhos!

Brandneues, sehr schön architektonisch außen und innen gestaltetes Hotel. Kostenlose Parkplätze, geräumige Zimmer, ein passables Gym und ein „Pool“ auf dem Dach. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter! Frühstück hat viel Luft nach oben. Industrie Wurst- und Käse. Hartgekochte Eier kalt, Rührei aus Pulver, keine Gutken, Paprika usw. Tomaten gibt es gehackt. Brottheke reichhaltig aber das Brot und die Brötchen staubtrocken. Kaffee aus der Kanne, sehr gut! Zimmer gross mit separaten WC und Duschkabinen. 55 Zoll TV ind eine sehr leise Klimaanlage. Sehr gute Lage (fussläufig) zur historischen Altstadt.

The hotel is in a good location, is modern, elegant, clean and well-maintained. Staff were very friendly. The room and bed was very comfortable and inviting. One thing that would have been helpful, would have been driving instructions. Either that, or a pickup from the front desk when I called several times for help. Evora is full of narrow, winding and one-way roads, and the GPS route was unadvisable (it wasn't obvious that our vehicle would have had enough clearance to navigate the extremely narrow lane that GPS sent us on) so we ended up asking lots of people for driving instructions. I suppose that's part of the charm of the place but after a long drive to get there ...

Das Hotel ist sofistikiert, stilvoll und praktisch. Wir haben es geliebt! Das Personal ist extrem warm, willkommen und hilfreich. Während die Zimmer nicht groß sind, sind sie gut ausgestattet und entwickelt, um den Raum zu maximieren ohne das Gefühl gekrampft. Super sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur einen 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Zentrum der alten Stadt. Die Parkplätze waren einfach, obwohl ich nicht weiß, ob es eine Herausforderung werden könnte, wenn das Hotel voll ist. Das Frühstück war großartig mit einer großen Auswahl an warmen und kalten Optionen. Wir würden hier absolut bleiben, wenn wir Evora wieder besuchen!
