Aparthotel Arona - Happy Rentals

Liked · Old building located in a nice central square, near bars and nice restaurants. Great view of the lake. The embankment starts on that square - I had nice walks there. Disliked · No parking on weekends in 700m during the low season - they tick in the apartment profile that there is parking (and write in some subsection that the parking is public that is a scam for me as we missed it - we wouldn't choose it); quite poor and old interior and facilities for that pricetag; many stairs; they obligate us to throw the trash while the trash bin is in 600m; additional fees hidden in a subsection; very (very very) low ceiling on the last floor; the manager was not friendly. I think that the HappyRental - the company that manages this apartment doesn't do it fairly. The check-in process was also unpleasant - we were required to fill in a lot of data on the road. Why didn't they send it in advance? It is too overrated. This is the first time that I give a mark under 4. Find another one.
