Hotel location is good as it is near the train station and the size of the room is ok. However, the service of the hotel is one of the worst I have ever encountered. They delay the check-in time as the time for housekeeping of the room overrun. The reception take it for granted for everyone to wait at the lobby for the room to be ready although it has past the check-in time at 3pm. The housekeeping is not done well too, they do not re-fill the soap provided in the room and not even after a few days. I will need to remove the bottle and write a note for them to do what is necessary. The reception is only there to do what is necessary and they will just brush you off if you have any other request. Even on the last day when I check out of the hotel, the reception did not check that the hotel has already been paid through trip.com and charged the room into my card with informing me. After I realize the extra charges, I called the hotel and the only answer given is to email them and did not even bother to check the details during the call. After email and a few calls, there is still not response on the double charges. It was only resolved after contacting trip.com. Overall bad service, bad attitude from the employee.
