It’s an amazing place to find maximum relax and connection with nature. The coffee tour it’s definitely a must, interesting and interactive, great to understand how big part of colombian ecosystem works. Last and not least, the service staff was super friendly and all the time attentive to our needs. Comfortable beds and perfect cleaning make this place a real paradise in the region!

Hotel apartamento con habitaciones cómodas, amplias y limpias. Vistas a la cordillera central y Nevado de Tolima. Alejandra facilita las visitas a las Haciendas cafeteras y transportes al Valle del Cocora y Aeropuerto. Perfecta ubicación para andar hasta el pueblo, sus restaurantes y tiendas.

My girlfriend and I stayed at El Mirador Del Cocora for three nights during our visit to Salento and highly recommend it. First, the positives. The views are absolutely breathtaking. This hotel offers the best view in Salento; it’s like having your own private mirador. There’s nothing better than waking up to such stunning scenery. As for the amenities, we booked the Deluxe Double Room with a Bath (room 104), which featured an indoor jacuzzi with the same perfect view. Enjoying a cold beer from the minibar while soaking in the hot tub was a highlight. The room also had air conditioning, although it wasn’t necessary as Salento gets quite chilly at night. Additionally, the service at the hotel is impeccable. The staff are incredibly friendly, constantly checking in on how you’re doing and eager to help with even the smallest questions or needs. Now, the downsides. The WiFi signal in our room was poor, so we had to rely on our mobile network, which was disappointing. The breakfast was subpar compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip. Another small issue is the hotel’s location. The Amazing view comes with a price. The hotel is situated at the top of the town, which means a climb every time you go out and return. It’s not a deal breaker but requires some planning. In summary, despite these minor issues, I still wholeheartedly recommend El Mirador Del Cocora. We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff are the nicest people, and the views are gorgeous.

The hotel is beautiful. The pictures of what it looks like are true but the service is just horrific. There was no real reception for us, not even water offered. We reserved a villa that had no type of welcome note of anything. It was just a basic house. We had no way to communicate with the front desk the first night not even the security guard was able to and we had to walk up the hill to get to them when we got there no apology just well the phone lines aren't working. BTW the ”Villa: is just a house in a community behind the Resort it isn't actually a part of the resort. There was no welcome note, no list of services or activities. The food servers were rude and bothered for anything that was asked. We waited 40 minutes for our food the kids were asleep by the time the food got there and were still expected to paay even though our meals were already paid for ahead of time. One of the guest food was forgotten not once but twice. Truly I could go on and on it was bad. I will say that the area is a good place to visit out side of the resort everyone was very friendly.

Ich habe das ganze Hotel für meine Hochzeitsgäste reserviert, die aus Kanada reisen. Es waren 65 von uns und das Hotelmanagementteam und das Personal waren so hilfreich, freundlich und freundlich. Das Hotel verfügt über ein wunderbares Restaurant mit unglaublichem Essen, der Pool war groß und immer sauber, die Zimmer waren schön, die Grünland war wunderschön.
