Ich fand die Unterkunft eine wunderschöne! Alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und erfahren. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, komfortabel, sauber und hat einen wunderschönen Blick! Besondere Verbesserungspunkte: 1) Restaurant muss viel verbessern. Ich habe den Auftrag für wunderschöne Filet mit Schalenfrüchte und war ziemlich schlecht. Fleisch völlig ohne Geschmack und Asche mit dem Massierten Schalenfrüchte und ohne Geschmack tb. Ich wurde gekostet für das Essen. Das Frühstück ist ehrlich, lecker. 2) SPA. Ich weiß, dass es ein Dritteunternehmen ist, aber die Betreuung musste die tb verbessern. Ich habe eine Massage über WhatsApp beantragt und die Massatherapeuten reagierten nicht auf irgendeine Weise. Ich musste die Empfangsbestätigung der Gäste beantragen, um mit dem SPA in Kontakt zu kommen. Als ich zum Massage kam, machten die Beamten eins auf das andere, so dass sie mich nicht antworteten und, um zu ergänzen, habe ich eine Zwangslage durchgemacht, als sie mir die Massage vorab zahlten, selbst wenn ich informierte, dass ich das sofort bezahlen würde, wenn sie abgeschlossen waren. This same restaurant gives access to a very beautiful infinity pool that provides a wonderful view and beautiful photos. The hotel also offers a separate lunch, snack and dinner service with delicious dishes. It is no longer necessary to climb several flights of stairs. Currently, there is a follicular elevator that takes you to the highest floor of the hotel. This elevator has an attendant available at all times. The cleanliness of the hotel is exquisite and done with great care and attention, the bathrooms are very good, they have cold and hot water, all the devices in the bathroom are working properly. The rooms have new air conditioning and a very comfortable bed, the bedding is soft and clean, towels are changed frequently, the rooms have cable TV and the internet works correctly via Wi-Fi. I loved my stay and I will definitely come back again because excellent service must be recognized and exalted. I thank all the staff of the Hotel Búzios Mar Hotel.

Excelente la Pousada. El lugar súper bien ubicado, la habitación súper linda, limpia y amplia. Las piscina excelente, una viste increíble. En el resto se come muy bien y el personal de la Pousada súper atento y amable. Recomendable 100% para ir a disfrutar de Buzios

Das Hotel ist unglaublich,sollte nur in zwei Dingen, die nicht im Zimmer waren, Spiegel und Ort, um die Strandkleidung zu verlassen,in der Fehlende der Sonne alles im Badezimmer bleibt ohne Platz, um die Teile zu hängen. Und wichtiger Spiegel im Zimmer und hatte nicht. Aber schließlich. Die anderen haben mich mit allem verwundert. Service, Kaffee. Das Hotel ist sehr wunderbar. Wir werden zurück.

Procurava por um hotel bem localizado para não precisar usar o carro para deslocamentos dentro da cidade de Búzios. Acabei escolhendo o Selina Búzios por estar praticamente dentro da Rua de Pedras e com fácil acesso a restaurantes e praias da região. O quarto é extremamente espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. O ar condicionado deu conta do amplo quarto e o chuveiro a gás funcionou muito bem, assim como todo o restante. Fomos muito bem atendidos, especialmente no restaurante. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o serviço de quarto que passava em horários totalmente aleatórios (em plena alta temporada) e não realizou a troca de toalhas a cada três dias conforme constava nas regras gerais. Precisei no mesmo dia solicitar por duas vezes na recepção o serviço que não ocorreu. Acabou que eu mesmo peguei as toalhas novas e realizei a troca. A localização é realmente privilegiada. Poucos passos de ótimos restaurantes e da parte badalada de Búzios. Para ir as praias optei por não tirar o carro da garagem e utilizar o serviço de uber e barco táxi. Estacionamentos na região ultrapassam os R$50, por isso da minha escolha. A piscina é bem grande e esteve limpa por todo o período em que estivemos hospedados. O fundo é pintado e em vários trechos a tinta está descolando. O melhor seria se fosse de azulejo. É uma parte muito interessante do hotel com muitas cadeiras e locais para passar o tempo no entorno. Na alta temporada de Janeiro, paguei um valor de R$400 a diária incluindo acomodação e estacionamento. Optei por não pegar o café da manhã, há muitos bons locais oferecendo o serviço e gastava em torno de R$25 para duas pessoas. Acho que valeu a pena a escolha do hotel considerando os preços praticados nos hotéis da região na alta temporada.

Overall, the experience at Villa Raphael was great. Pros: Staff, Service, Cleanliness, Ferradura Beach Location, Breakfast. You can tell they put continual effort into painting and maintenance. Cons: Although we stayed in a ”Super Luxury” accommodation (room #11), we were surprised they do not have washcloths and there really isn't a space to hang towels | robe, other than inside the shower which we tried, and they got wet. We would have liked to have a chair in the room because other than the bed, there was no place to sit in the room or the balcony. If you go out from the hotel, you have to ring a bell to be let in which can be a little inconvenient depending on how dark it is or how late it is (note: in August, it is dark by 6pm). Given the proximity to the beach, I understand using plastic for trash cans, soap dish, etc. However, they were a little flimsy and cheesy.

Wir haben einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in Pousada Blue Marlin, in Geribá, Búzios. Diese bequeme, saubere, erschwingliche und gut geführte pousada befindet sich einen Block vom Strand entfernt. Alle Sicherheitsprotokolle bezüglich COVID-19 werden streng befolgt. Was wir am besten über Pousada Blue Marlin mögen, ist die Qualität des Services, den es bietet. Will und Antônio sind sehr freundlich und willkommen an der Rezeption. Fabiano ist so freundlich wie jeder möglich beim Frühstück und Mittagessen sein kann. Er macht die besten Margaritas in der Welt. Das gesamte Personal arbeitet als Team. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Mal nach Pousada Blue Marlin zurückkehren.
