Es gab sehr viele Vorfälle während dem 10 Tage Aufenthalt. Bei kurz wie meisten fallen die Punkte sicher nicht auf. Bei mehr wird’s sehr schwierig. Am dritten Tag wurde aus dem Zimmer meine Lesebrille und Ladegerät fur .Mac geklaut. Nach 5 Tagen hatte ich immer noch kein Feedback von dem Team und ich war für 4 Tage alle paar Stunden an der Reception. Am 7 Tag wollten sie dann sprechen. Als ob man in einem Hostel nach 7 Tage noch etwas findet wenn alle alle 2 Tage abreisen. Zimmer Service: werden nicht geputzt. Der Boden wurde nicht ein Mal gewischt. Ecken alle voller Schmutz und Staub. Bettwäsche wird in dorms nicht gewechselt. Am 5 Tag habe ich um Wechsel am Morgen gebeten. Bestätigt bekommen, um 15.00 Uhr immer noch nichts. Reception, sie bestätigt jemand geht jetzt. Um 16.00 nicht. Nochmals reception, wieder machen gleich yum 17.00 nichts. Wieder reception, die gleiche Antwort, um 18.00 immer noch nichts. Ich verlasse das Hostel und sage no jemals das nichts passiert ist, sie bestätigt es wird gemacht. Um 23.00 Uhr immer noch nichts.. lustig oder. Am folge Tag bestätigen sie den Wechsel nochmals. Das Bett wird hingerichtet, Lacken zusammengelegt aber nicht gewechselt. Wieso ich es weis? Gleiche grüne Flecken wie von Anfang,wo ich nichts gesagt habe. 1. Bad: die Türen werden bei Nass durchsichtig. Geputzt wird der Boden nur in der Mitte die Wände wurden nicht mal abgespült tin den 10 Tagen. 2. WC: 2 für ca.6-8 dorms 3. Pool: die Farbe löst sich auf, kleiner Pool funktioniert gar nicht 4. Kissen am Pool sind alle verschimmelt und es gibt nur genau 6 für 20 Betten 5. Restaurant: grundsätzlich gut. Die jungs machen super Job und sich sehr freundlich. Eine Frau die dort arbeitet, hat bei erster Bestellung alles falsch bestellt. Man war freundlich hat sie darauf hingewiesen und es trotzdem gegessen. Man bestellt gleich zwei Kaffee, sie brachte beide gleichzeitig. Das es kalt wird. Naja, man ging von normal in Selina aus. Am nächsten Tagen wo die Jungs den Service gemacht haben, nichts den gleichen. Keine Fehler. Kaffee einzeln. Da hatte sie wieder ihre Schicht. Doppelt Kaffee sofort. Kein Lächeln, sie ist immer im Stress. Vorletzter Tag, jungs haben meine Bestellung aufgenommen,alles perfekt, ich bat sie um einen zweiten Kaffee, da musste ich mir 5 Minuten anhoben, dass sie zutun habe und wenn ich einen zweiten mochte, soll ich den selber holen. Ich hatte schon 38 Minuten darauf gewartet. Alles in allem überteuert für die Dienstleistung und facilities die es geboten werden. Sehr enttäuschend.

Family of 8 staying 5th and 6th August 2022. Several problems with this hotel : our Room, no glasses by the fridge, ordered some; keys failed second attempt, had to go to Reception for new ones; NO wi-fi in room; only 4 beds in swimming pool (occupied) wife & daughters on tread bear cushions on the floor, back to Reception to be told new ones had been ordered but had not arrived (tough luck !); pool toilet blocked, told waiter who directed me to one closer to Reception; breakfast large cockroach sneaked in frightening grandchildren, told waiter who called cleaner who came in with tools to remove beast, amusing sight of this pursue !; evening by the pool asked for two coffees and then milk, discussion behind the counter as to whether they had to charge me separately for that drop of milk (I’m Brazilian and followed their discussion in amazement, relief didn’t have to pay); lunch time opening noon but clients had to wait nearly 20 minutes “for the papers” and we had to delay transfer collection, you can have black coffee but NO milk ! absurd !; at Reception checking out, NO cash to give me R$10.00 (£1.50) change ! member of staff had to lend cashier the money to give me, again absurd!. But for the piece of resistance the night before at dinner, ordered nice bottle of red Portuguese wine, that bottle appeared to have been kept in their “cellar” for many years, so I said if this wine is cocked or turned into vinagre I would not pay, big “conference” !! another two waiters came to my table to discuss what had said (remember I am Brazilian), fear in their faces, because they said if they opened that bottle and I did not like it, the Management would deduct the price of that bottle from their salary (this folks beats them all !), but fortunately for all of us the wine was not corked ! Finally the security in this place is like Fort Knox, don’t forget or misplace your key or you will be in trouble ! Sorry forgot : drinks by the pool with glasses, glass crash and grand daughter lost a little bit of blood, but we survived ! Again, lovely staff but mostly young and untrained.

What a charming and nice boutique hotel! the hospitality shown by the staff from the moment we arrived at the hotel and through our 5 nights stay, worth mentioned especially, the people hosting the breakfast! Nice food! Very nice rooms and would love to go back and again both to the city and the hotel!

Große Lage und Einrichtungen, schönes Frühstück, Zimmer und aufmerksames Personal. Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem Fernseher und es wurde in keiner Zeit gelöst. Der Pool ist schön und am Ende, Sie gehen direkt zum Strand. Zu der Zeit, als ich da war, gab es viele Familien mit Kindern aufgrund der Kinderbereiche verfügbar

Ich fand die Unterkunft eine wunderschöne! Alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und erfahren. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, komfortabel, sauber und hat einen wunderschönen Blick! Besondere Verbesserungspunkte: 1) Restaurant muss viel verbessern. Ich habe den Auftrag für wunderschöne Filet mit Schalenfrüchte und war ziemlich schlecht. Fleisch völlig ohne Geschmack und Asche mit dem Massierten Schalenfrüchte und ohne Geschmack tb. Ich wurde gekostet für das Essen. Das Frühstück ist ehrlich, lecker. 2) SPA. Ich weiß, dass es ein Dritteunternehmen ist, aber die Betreuung musste die tb verbessern. Ich habe eine Massage über WhatsApp beantragt und die Massatherapeuten reagierten nicht auf irgendeine Weise. Ich musste die Empfangsbestätigung der Gäste beantragen, um mit dem SPA in Kontakt zu kommen. Als ich zum Massage kam, machten die Beamten eins auf das andere, so dass sie mich nicht antworteten und, um zu ergänzen, habe ich eine Zwangslage durchgemacht, als sie mir die Massage vorab zahlten, selbst wenn ich informierte, dass ich das sofort bezahlen würde, wenn sie abgeschlossen waren. Dienst, schlechte Erfahrung.

I took a trip from the 18th to the 24th of March, stable weather, very hot and clear skies with little wind. The hotel is very comfortable and charming, the hotel staff are very attentive, I stayed in the room next to the reception. Breakfast is wonderful, the breakfast attendants are extremely polite and friendly, the view from the restaurant at the top of the hotel is very beautiful and you can see the entire beach of João Fernandes, Búzios. This same restaurant gives access to a very beautiful infinity pool that provides a wonderful view and beautiful photos. The hotel also offers a separate lunch, snack and dinner service with delicious dishes. It is no longer necessary to climb several flights of stairs. Currently, there is a follicular elevator that takes you to the highest floor of the hotel. This elevator has an attendant available at all times. The cleanliness of the hotel is exquisite and done with great care and attention, the bathrooms are very good, they have cold and hot water, all the devices in the bathroom are working properly. The rooms have new air conditioning and a very comfortable bed, the bedding is soft and clean, towels are changed frequently, the rooms have cable TV and the internet works correctly via Wi-Fi. I loved my stay and I will definitely come back again because excellent service must be recognized and exalted. I thank all the staff of the Hotel Búzios Mar Hotel.
