Horrible experience 😪 wasn't treated fair and room was not clean shower water was cold

Worst motel ever ..charge me $80 the door was broke 2 people tried to come in ... I was locked out my room for 6 hours .microwave didn't work.. changed rooms where the door lock was broke no hot water in the tub was dirty.., no discount or refund for my inconvenience..

DON’T DO IT!! Stayed here last night after a ballgame, thought we were lucky to find a room close to the field….boy were we wrong! We would have been better off sleeping in the car! The room was FILTHY! Someone had attempted to clean the toilet and left cleaner all over the seat and left the toilet brush sitting on top of the toilet. Didn’t know this was a clean your own room kind of place! There was hair all over the tub, and not the kind from the top of your head. The mirror was so dirty from previous guests brushing their teeth and splattering water all over it and no attempt had been made to clean it. We had gotten fast food after the game and went back to the car to eat it, wasn’t about to take any kind of food in that filth. We went to Walmart and bought bleach and other cleaning supplies to make it bearable and to attempt to get rid of the stench from stale smoke and whatever the smell was coming from the room next door. Even after cleaning the room , The only reason my head ever hit the pillow was because I was out 132.00 and after dark it was not my idea of a good time getting robbed or stabbed in the parking lot if we slept in the car! Save yourself the time and $$ and FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. My daughter and I have never been so disappointed in a hotel room that we drove 3 hours home and didn't stay. We tried 3 different rooms to find one that didn't smell like skunk **** from a teenagers bedroom. The final room only didn't smell like skunk ****, but retained the teen smell, not pleased at all. There were actually cigarette ashes on the guest phone... Strange, this was supposed to be a clean, non smoking room. Completely unacceptable. We checked out and went home.

Booked through ******* and when I got there waited in line for 1/2 hour to find out that they had no rooms. The person at the counter could not multi task. everyone in line was turned away. She could have checked for all of us alot faster instead of talking to other workers on the phone. We had to be somewhere, and all the hotels aroubd were booked. It took us another 1/2 to find another hotel and it was almost double. And it looks nothing ike the pictures Very dirty

I got tossed to this ESA location when my PRE-PAID NONREFUNDABLE reservation at ESA Six Flags was to honored. I've stayed for many months of my life at many ESA's around the country, and this is by far the WORST. The room was quite run down and beat up. Every shelf was warped. Instead of a couch, I had two random chairs. The small bar in the kitchen didn't have a stool and there was no other flat spot to work: I put a box top on the bed and used the random chair. WiFi sucks unless you pay extra for "high speed." Not even the usual minimal ESA breakfast - not even coffee. VERY limited kitchen supplies available. Laundry room had 2 of 5 washing machines in order. Management charged me MORE for the privilege of staying here and did not honor my ESA Six Flags reservation. She acted like she was doing me a favor. AVOID
