Good place to stay

Very nice hotel that the staff is very kind,

Great hotel in a great location. Same street as AT&T Stadium and the home of the Texas Rangers

Horrible experience with the hotel and *******. Arrived at hotel and their system was down. My husband and I waited in the lobby for almost an hour with other guests. A couple people started to leave. We decided to leave our name and number and ask for a call when system was up. We waited in the car then decided to go home after we chatted with ******* about the situation. They called front desk and confirmed info. They informed that it was up to the hotel whether they would refund or not since it was a non-refundable room. We thought it would be a no-brainer that we would get our money back because it was no fault of our own that their system was down. We couldn’t sleep in the lobby. Received emails the next day stating ******* couldn’t issue a refund letting me know the hotel didn’t approve. So sad we have to pay for a room we never got to sleep in. Who can afford that these days?? My advice is if you get a non-refundable room call ahead to make sure their system is up and running. No call from hotel or management. They will not take care of you. Lucky this hotel was on special. I’ll never try to stay here again and tell my circle of associates the same. Terrible hospitality!!

I was surprised how clean and comfortable it was. One of the better stays in the area

The restroom was horrible. You could see all the plumbing under the sink and our towels and hair dryer we just on a white board at the bottom. Their was no racks for the towels.

Nothing fancy. Good if you need something for the night. Don’t recommend if you want something nice. Very small even with double queen. Check is was nice and easy. Room was ok. Could have been cleaned better. Bathroom was a soaking towel on bottom of shelf with the rest of the towels. Not sure how or why as it was a nice and folder soaked towel. Maybe a leak I never found. Comes with shampoo, conditioner and body soap bottles in the shower. Had gunk build up all around. Shower had strands of hair. The internet was horrible. Breakfast is not free. 13.99 adults buffet and offered very little food. The bar is open till 11 but short staff so closed at 9. Over all, You get what you paid for. If you need something for the convenience of the stadiums definitely good. 2-5 min drive to the stadiums. Cheap stay for good location.

Room was great. A bit tight fit but it worked out.The toliet tank wasn’t filling up with water but it was a simple fix. I would stay again just me and my husband because the breakfast isn’t free which I thought was odd. Since it was me and 3 teenagers it was cheaper to go to McDonald’s. Overall it was nice and I would definitely stay again.
